Guess you haven't driven through much of West Virginia where one lane, two way traffic roads are the norm not the exception, and many of such roads go over mountains so you can't see around the corner to figure out if another car ,or worse yet,semi is coming right at you, and if you get too far off the road to let him pass, it is 400 feet to the bottom. We have been here over 20 years and still can't get all that comfortable with the back roads in these hollows.
I said I drove through 6 states. WV was not one of them. What I found fascination is 2 of them had 75 MPH speed limits and 4 were 70 MPH but everyone drove the same speed.
