When trump is convicted in federal court and sent to prison should president Biden in his second term commute trump’s sentence in the interest of healing the country? Keeping in mind that Trump will still need to serve the first five years of a prison sentence in Georgia before being concerned for clemency.

In one sense I think he should, in another it won't make a bit of difference so let him rot. The reality is more likely that he will get house arrest with secret service as his jailers...meaning he won't have nearly as much to say over who gets assigned.

Very true. I bet that they will lock up people for peacefully protesting the government actions as well.
They want to censor us and keep us frightened as part of their tyrannical lust to retain control and power over the people.

I bet they won't, I also bet that your idea of peaceful protests are similar to J****** 6th, right?

Worse than that. They are criminalizing daring to disagree with the current government. The first step to ens***ement is persecuting dissenters to establish fear about openly disagreeing with their masters.

Trump is not being prosecuted for disagreeing with the current government, he brought every one of his problems on himself

These indictments against Trump and others prove that the DemocRats are attempting to criminalize Freedom of Speech and private communications between lawyers and their clients.

There has never been protection for client attorney conversations where criminal activity is involved, not for a president of anyone else. Government attorneys under trump are there to represent the interests of the country not the president...something neither trump or his followers ever understood.

Of course you can. Free speech is like that. At least it used to be.

Do you really believe courts of law work like that? That it can be stated that something took place without proof and the court is supposed to respond like it is real when it hasn't been proved? Legal actions are not taken without hard proof, and a lack of hard proof is where all the f**e e******n antics are based on

Try intelligent responses to direct topics there Bubba Bunker...Stone is in some deep doo doo with the video of the letter he was writing about overturning the e******n with f**e e*****rs turning it back to the state legislatures.

This is why the hard right remains so profoundly ignorant.

Well over $5.00....How about your state?? I'm wondering who Biden is going to blame this time? Let me guess: Putin, Trump and c*****e c****e,right??....He won't take any responsibility for this as usual....🙄

The price of diesel has been coming down from where it was, I just bought a diesel Range Rover last week, so I'm seeing diesel prices matching mid grade gas.

The blame for gas prices is on the oil industry, they do what they want with prices and it's based on wh**ever they think they can get away with, which is a lot.

I just filled up at a bit over $4.50, it was $6.50 earlier in the year, the premium I was running in my truck is upwards of $5.50

As we live in an Age of Inflation, specie money reminds us that a more stable and sound monetary system once existed – and is possible for us to return to once more.

Good article...

Returning to a "more stable system" has monumental challenges that have no good solutions, they all end up caught up in ponzi scheme dynamics as they get bigger. The perfect system would involve an exchange for depositing money to be universally used for everything that gave out a one for one money in money out dynamic. There could be no administrations carving out hundreds of billions out for themselves for running it, it wouldn't involve inflated investment oriented dynamics because what goes up will go down according to market vagaries and that offers no protection and security for people's funds.

It would have to be government administered, and the costs would have to be low single digit in nature, and once a system was set up it would get cheaper and cheap because it costs little more to control the in and out of a hundred billion as a trillion does once the mechanism is in place. The perfect system would have to have a simplicity that politicians could never leave alone in the interest of privatization and gouging the government for as much as possible.

Suspicious? Yes and no. It was mapped out previously just like which houses and businesses to hit were in the G****e F***d r**ts. The FBI has those maps, so I'd guess they have these. Cars melting while trees and plants were untouched. Yep suspicious. Gave the optics of a UFO to natives. Who were known not to want to sell their land. Think Wakanda, same principle, they wanted to save it for themselves, not "outsiders."

With this string of indictments that have the Trump h**ers of OPP and elsewhere chortling, it would be good for every one recall that these are the very same people who, just three short years ago, were bashing us naysayers about the C***d ‘V*****e’ and other restrictions that they wanted to dump on us.

Whaaah...focus on the indictments trump is dealing with, it's this inability to focus on reality without all the whataboutism and denials about the reality of whether trump did the things he is being charged with that is making a minority calling themselves we the people, the real americans, some of the most ignorantly stupid people in the country....wake up, look at the charges, pay attention to whether he did the things that are being easily proved because he openly did them.

There's a big difference between attacking trump and simply talking about reality and how things are...because the reality is negative trump and his faithful Magadonians perceive that as attacks.

Meanwhile what trump does is attack, deflect, and go with personal insults that have no place in politics except to his faithful Magamoronians.
