“Pentagon says five Guantanamo detainees t***sferred to United Arab Emirates,” REUTERS/Bob Strong, November 16, 2015

WASHINGTON – Five detainees at the U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, were t***sferred to the government of the United Arab Emirates, the U.S. Defense Department said on Sunday.

The t***sferred detainees were identified by the Pentagon as Ali Ahmad Muhammad al-Razihi, Khalid Abd-al-Jabbar Muhammad Uthman al-Qadasi, Adil Said al-Hajj Ubayd al-Busays, Sulayman Awad Bin Uqayl al-Nahdi and Fahmi Salem Said al-Asani.

The Pentagon said 107 detainees remained at the Guantanamo prison for suspected foreign militants.

The Defense Department is expected soon to unveil a long-awaited plan outlining how it would close the detention center at Guantanamo despite fierce resistance to shuttering the facility in Congress.

President Barack Obama, who campaigned on a pledge to close the prison, views it as a damaging symbol of detainee abuse and detention without charge that was inherited from Republican President George W. Bush.

But the White House said last week that Obama would sign a sweeping defense policy bill passed by the U.S. Senate despite provisions making it more difficult to close the Guantanamo prison.

n his speech at the G20 Summit in Turkey, Obama took a harsher tone with Republicans than he has with ISIS. He is shameful. In the wake of the Paris jihad slaughter, he is obsessed with ….. importing more Muslims, not defeating the Islamic State. And he calls anyone opposed to increased Muslim migration — namely the GOP — “shameful.” But it is Obama who is shameful. He’s the one who applied a religious test to migrants. He has refused Christian refugees seeking refuge from jihad genocide. He has refused to meet with Middle Eastern Christian leaders. They are the true victims in the jihadi wars.

Obama took to the world stage to push for more Muslim migration and to scold anyone who tied terrorism to Islam. Why is he admonishing us? We didn’t tie Islam to terrorism. The jihadists do. Devout Muslims are waging war in the cause of Islam by their word and deed, so why is Obama blaming us?

He is dead wrong on the Muslim migration issue. Dangerously so, and he must be stopped. Congress must take any and all action necessary. There is a war going on.

Two of the Paris slaughterers were “migrants.” Obama is a danger to freedom-loving people.

“Obama criticises Republicans’ anti-refugee stance after Paris,” FT, November 16, 2015

President Barack Obama said it was “shameful” that some US politicians were urging his administration to halt a programme to bring Syrian refugees into the country, arguing that it was “not American” to institute a religious litmus test for refugee policy.

Speaking in Turkey after the G20 summit, Mr Obama was responding to criticism of his plan to admit 10,000 Syrian refugees over the coming year. Since the Paris attacks, Republican p**********l contenders have hammered him over the plan, which was announced in September, with Donald Trump saying that he would deport all Syrians.

“When I hear folks say that, well, maybe we just admit the Christians but not the Muslims; when I hear political leaders suggesting that there would be a religious test for which a person fleeing from a war-torn country is admitted . . . that’s not American, that is not who we are. We don’t have religious tests to our compassion,” Mr Obama said.

In criticism aimed at Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz — two Cuban-American senators running for president — Mr Obama said it was “shameful” to espouse such policies when “some of those folks themselves come from families who benefited from protection when they were fleeing from political persecution”.

[….]

On Friday, just as the top EU official for migration was urging the White House to be “more generous” in accepting Syrian refugees, Paris was struck by a series of attacks that immediately boosted political opposition to his stance.

Many Republican p**********l contenders and other party members now want the White House to scrap or defer the refugee programme.

Frank Luntz, a pollster, said the refugee issue would have an even greater impact on the 2016 campaign after the attacks, particularly for the Republicans, but stressed that both parties were “stoking it for their own political purposes”.

In recent days, the Republican governors of Texas, Michigan and Alabama have all announced that they would block Syrian refugees coming to their states.

“I will not stand complicit to a policy that places the citizens of Alabama in harm’s way,” Robert Bentley, the Republican governor of Alabama, said on Sunday. Greg Abbott, governor of Texas, added on Monday: “A Syrian ‘refugee’ appears to have been part of the Paris terror attack. American humanitarian compassion could be exploited to expose Americans to similar deadly danger.”

Ben Carson, the retired brain surgeon leading the Republican field with Donald Trump, said allowing refugees from the Middle East into the US was a “huge mistake”.

In a defensive speech on Monday, Mr Obama called on his critics to return to what he said were American values. “The people who are fleeing Syria are the most harmed by "terrorism” he said. “It is very important . . . that we do not close our hearts to these victims of such violence and somehow start equating the issue of refugees with the issue of terrorism.”

Mr Obama reminded Republicans that when Pope Francis recently spoke to the US Congress, he urged compassion for all people, and not just Christians.

Ben Rhodes, deputy national security adviser, rejected those claims, saying authorities had “very extensive screening procedures”. James Stavridis, a retired US admiral and former Nato supreme allied commander, said the US had both the technology and capability to vet Syrian refugees “safely and appropriately”.

How can they claim to vet when Obama has scrubbed jihad and Islam from all counter-terrorism material?

“We should continue to take a substantial number of Syrian refugees because it is the right thing to do for the international community and because over time they will prove to be citizens of real capability and true grit, like many who immigrated before them in troubled times, said Mr Stavridis. “The key is serious vetting using all the tools at our disposal.”

But some officials in charge of vetting applicants have conceded that there is a risk of infiltration. James Comey, director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, recently told Congress that while there were challenges screening Iraqi refugees, the process was tougher for Syria. “If we have no information on someone, they’ve never crossed our radar screen . . . it will be challenging,” he said.

A senior administration official told the FT it was important to look at the entire vetting programme. The official added that the US had a rigorous screening programme and that Mr Comey was simply referring to the FBI component, which is mostly focused on people with criminal records.

Protests have flared around the US over the issue. Some counties in South Carolina have passed resolutions against the so-called “Refugee Resettlement Project”. While some concerns have been sparked by the rise of Isis and images of Syrians fleeing into Europe, there have been cases, including one in Kentucky, where refugees in the US were convicted of providing support for terrorists.

Sickening.

The barbarians are inside the gate, because there was no gate. -

Paris (AFP) – France has listed more than 10,000 people suspected of being radicalised or potential security threats, including homegrown assailant Omar Ismail Mostefai who k**led scores of people at Paris’s Bataclan music on Friday.

According to police sources, the so-called “fiche S” (“S file” in French) is updated daily to include individuals suspected of links to a terrorist movement or group.

The “S” stands for the suspects’ potential to endanger the “security of the state”.

The list has 15 categories spanning everyone from football hooligans to battle-hardened jihadists returning from Iraq and Syria.

The suspects come into the spotlight if they are arrested or subject to a check after which they are immediately on the radar of the intelligence services.

“There are more than 10,000 people who are on the fiche S list,” Prime Minister Manuel Valls said over the weekend.

Some of them are already known to security forces or sentenced for acts of terror, while the others are suspected of either having been radicalised or susceptible to it.

More and more cases of radicalised assailants have surfaced recently including the Al-Qaeda-linked gunman Mohammed Merah who k**led seven people in and around the southern city of Toulouse in 2012.

The same was true of the attackers who targeted the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo and a Jewish supermarket in February this year, k*****g 17 people.

And Yassin Salhi, who k**led and decapitated his employer in Isere in southeastern France in June had been on the S list for two years but had never come to the attention of the police.

This can happen because the suspects are not automatically subject to surveillance.

“It’s more or less an indicator, like a thermometer that one has to monitor and feed all the time for it to be efficient,” a police officer said.

There is cross-border cooperation and intelligence-sharing on drawing up suspects to be added to the list.

Moroccan Ayoub El Khazzani who in August attacked passengers on a train travelling from Amsterdam to Paris before being overpowered by three Americans, was on the list, thanks to warnings from Spanish and Belgian authorities who had alerted the French. Khazzani had lived both in Spain and Belgium.

Just because the media isn’t reporting it, doesn’t mean it isn’t here. Every day we get more reports of pedestrian jihad. And it will only increase.

Police say an off-duty officer shot the knife-wielding Muslim at Washington’s Union Station when he refused to drop his weapon and charged the cop. Rashad must have been juiced by Paris.

Sadly he is still alive. He was taken to the hospital.

“Man shot at Union,” Washington Post, November 16, 2015

A man who was shot at Union Station on Saturday night in a confrontation with an off-duty Baltimore County police officer from Maryland was identified Sunday by D.C. police as Rashad Bugg-Bey, 25, of Northeast Washington.

Police said he was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

According to police, a man slashed a woman with a knife about 8:15 p.m. just outside the entrance to the Metro station at Union Station. The victim and the assailant, who still had the knife, went toward the officer, police said.

As the man approached the officer, the officer ordered him to drop the knife, but he did not and was shot. District police said the officer was a Baltimore County officer.

This was bound to happen. As soon as the West surrendered its values, freedom and culture to Islamic sharia, then it’s a logical consequence that savagery, oppression and genocide in the cause of Islam would be exalted and equated with the good. -

How can anyone look at the UK and say it’s not doomed? More frightening is that Obama is pursuing and advancing the same jihad.

University’s Muslim Official Bans Alum Who Fought ISIS, Claims ‘One Man’s Terrorist Is Another Man’s Freedom Fighter,” by Liam Deacon, Breitbart, 6 Nov 2015

Students at a London university have banned an alumnus from speaking about his experiences fighting ISIS in Syria because they did not want to encourage others to go and fight against them. They’ve claimed “one man’s freedom fighter is another man’s terrorist” in a statement apparently overlooking the bloody and gruesome modus operandi of Islamic State terrorists.

“In every conflict there are two sides, and at [University College London Union] UCLU we want to avoid taking sides in conflicts,” Muslim official Asad Khan, the Activities and Events Office, wrote in an e-mail to Kavar Kurda, the president of the Kurdish Society who had invited the speaker.

Macer Gifford, a former currency trader who spent five months in Syria earlier this year fighting against ISIS with the Kurdish Group YPG, was due to speak. He has previously said he was “shocked to the core” by the rise of ISIS and wanted “to shine a light and to show the Kurds aren’t alone”.

However, Mr Khan said the union did not want anyone emulating his heroics. He was banned “because there were concerns an event with a person speaking about their experiences fighting in Syria could lead to others going and fighting in the conflict.”

Mr Khan told The Tab: “…although I understand YPG are fighting against ISIS the situation is far too complex to understand in black and white”. When contacted by Breitbart London, he refused to confirm that he would not cancel such an event again.

Mr Khan has previously held key positions in both the Islamic and Pakistani societies at UCL. His e******n to the £25,000 a year job as a Union officer was marred by an e*******l f***d controversy, for which he and fellow candidate Mohammad Ali had v**es deducted.

Both belonged to a slate of candidates backed by the Islamic Society, who won four of seven full-time sabbatical roles for the 2015 – 2016 academic year.

In 2010, UCL’s Islamic Society was led by Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, who became know as the “underwear bomber.” The institution became notorious for rampant anti-Semitism and f**grantly hosting Islamists extremist in that period.

The Union doubled down on the ban in a statement, claiming they where exercising “caution” because they had not heard back from the police and claiming the “final decision” was because the talk “could lead to others going and fighting” against ISIS, which was not seen as an “appropriate message.”

“Although we consider freedom of speech on university campuses to be of vital importance,” they add, and “despite the fact that YPG aren’t deemed a terrorist organisation,” the Union said they had concerns about “human rights abuses”, comparing the YPG to Hamas and Hezbollah, siting two critical articles by Amnesty international and the United Nations (UN).

A petition started in Mr Macer’s support states: “Macer Gifford is an excellent example of someone laying his life on the line in order to champion human rights, and to deny a man who has spoken at the BBC, Portcullis House and an ex-UCL student is absolutely outrageous”

Adding: “They placed the YPG in the same brackets as Hamas and Hezbollah, even though they are far from terrorist groups. They ignored the thousands of articles supporting and praising YPG and instead focused on bias Turkish news sources, a nonsensical Amnesty report and a hazy UN report.”

Concluding: “All in all, UCLU and Asad Khan displayed horrible prejudice against the Kurdish cause, human rights and the freedom of speech. Universities are here for academic development and intellectual enlightenment. How can we be expected to develop if we are being censored from the beginning?”

Mr. Kavar said Mr. Khan told him, “one man’s freedom fighter is another man’s terrorist.” Adding: “Asad went down the same route as CAGE and other questionable organisations by appealing to white middle class stereotypes and told me the only reason Macer wasn’t arrested was because he is ‘white and middle class’.

“I find it astounding such an institution like UCL are unwilling to take a side in this conflict If you don’t support Kurds and the YPG, only ISIS are left. Where’s the freedom of speech? What about human rights?”

Oprah doing a show on jihad could do enormous good. Instead, she did a show with an Islamic scholar who laughably claimed that jihad is merely a spiritual struggle.

Oprah’s single “teachable moment” devastated the cause of t***h and freedom. It is breathtaking.

Little in Islamic text and teachings speak to a “spiritual struggle.” It’s all holy war. And that is exactly why hundreds of millions are waging war in the cause of jihad.

Oprah has taken a page from the media, academia and political elites who have all but declared war on the t***h and scrubbed motive and ideology from jihad-related terror in accordance with the sharia (Islamic law).

Is there no one with a worldwide platform courageous enough to stand up in defense of freedom? Oprah could have made a real difference.

Oprah has a responsibility not to be a tool, not to be a stooge. Over the past 1,400 years up to today, hundreds of millions have been slaughtered in jihad wars, cultural annihilation and ens***ement in the cause of Allah. Do a show on that, Oprah.

20% of b****s in Mauritania are s***es under Muslim rule. Do a show on that, Oprah.

S***ery is sanctioned in Islamic text and teachings. Do a show on that, Oprah.

There have hundreds of jihad plots thwarted in America since 9/11 — do a show on that, Oprah.

Nothing in the Quran speaks to a “spiritual struggle.” It’s all holy war.

Why doesn’t Oprah have Robert Spencer or Ibn Warraq or Bat Ye’or? No, no balance, no elucidation, no truth. Endless Islamic propaganda while the threat increases and millions die.

Is there anything they won’t sue for?

Despite settling a similar case in 2013, the Michigan Department of Corrections is once again being sued by Muslim inmates who claim they were starved during Ramadan.

During the month of Ramadan, Muslims fast during the daytime and eat at night. Such a practice presents a problem behind bars, where the routine of prison life revolves around a fixed schedule of meals. The MDoC gave Muslim inmates a choice: They could either break their fast and eat, or stay true to their religion and starve. Heard and his colleagues chose the latter but then sued.

After the initial suit, the courts ruled that the inmates’ religious rights could not be violated. However, in the newest legal action the inmates’ lawyers argue that the earlier court order was ignored, and the MDoC continued to deprive their clients of sufficient nutrition repeatedly.

And if they are so devout, what are they doing in prison? As for starving, they look pretty fit and healthy to me.

Taxpayers could end up footing the bill for Iran’s purchase of American-manufactured planes thanks to legislation passed on Thursday that critics say facilitates U.S. support for an Iranian commercial airline sector frequently used in service of its international terrorist proxies.

If it materializes, that support would likely advance the interests of a major U.S. airline manufacturer that is eyeing business opportunities in Iran, has reported lobbying on the Iran deal, and has already benefitted tremendously from the controversial export finance agency at issue.

The House of Representatives on Thursday approved a highway support bill that reauthorizes funding for the U.S. Export-Import Bank, which finances the purchase of U.S. exports by foreign governments and corporations.

The day before, it rejected an amendment to the legislation that would have prohibited Ex-Im financing for governments that the State Department classifies as state sponsors of terrorism. There are three countries currently on that list: Syria, Sudan, and Iran.

The amendment’s opponents said it was unnecessary and duplicative of existing law. But its sponsor, Ed Royce (R., Calif.), chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, explained in a floor speech that the recent Iranian nuclear deal could allow the Obama administration to circumvent existing prohibitions on Ex-Im support for the Islamic Republic.

“These common sense prohibitions are subject to p**********l waivers and we have seen the president abuse waivers to pursue his agenda over and over again on Iran no matter what Congress thinks,” Royce said in a Wednesday speech on the House floor.

According to a report on the Iran deal’s sanctions relief measures from the Congressional Research Service, the president has the authority to waive four different executive orders prohibiting Ex-Im financing of Iranian purchases of U.S. goods.

Loopholes in other laws prohibiting Ex-Im support for Iran “could result in aid being made available” through the bank, the report said.

On Wednesday evening, Ex-Im officials sent a letter to Royce saying that they would not pursue a waiver to prohibitions on financing for Iran. A spokesman said that Royce would seek legislative assurances on that front.

“The House Foreign Affairs Committee will continue to pursue options to ensure this is permanent and statutory,” said Cory Fritz in an emailed statement.

Opponents of the nuclear deal worry that the president’s commitment to improving relations with the country might precipitate a waiver that would allow that financing.

“The [deal’s] public and non-public texts commit the United States to facilitating Iran’s economic normalization and growth,” said a senior official at a group involved in the legislative fight over the Iran deal.

“Short of an explicit statute with no waivers or loopholes that prohibits Ex-Im from funneling money toward deals with Iran—which doesn’t appear to exist—the President is not just able but almost compelled to promote those deals,” the official said.

That could result in indirect U.S. taxpayer support for Iranian terrorist proxies, according to Royce.

“Iran has a long history of using its commercial airlines to support its terrorist proxies. Its commercial flights are now flying military personnel to Syria, and when I say now I mean right now,” he said in his floor speech.

As early as August, Iranian officials signaled their intention to buy scores of commercial aircraft from the U.S. airline giant Boeing and its European competitor Airbus. Boeing is one of the top beneficiaries of Ex-Im financing, and that financing is often defended on the grounds that American companies might lose out on major contracts to foreign competitors.

“There’s no doubt there is huge potential, especially for Airbus and Boeing, to sell a large number of planes,” Adam Pilarski, an aerospace consultant, told Bloomberg in July.

Boeing exercised some of its considerable lobbying muscle in the run-up to the nuclear deal. Eleven of its lobbyists at the firm Monument Policy Group reported working on the issue.

The company is also a financial contributor to lawmakers who v**ed to strike down the Iran financing prohibition. Of the 63 House Republicans who v**ed to oppose Royce’s amendment, 48 have received campaign contributions from Boeing’s political action committee this year.

The fallout from Obama’s Iran deal just keeps getting worse. Now US taxpayers are liable to end up funding Iran’s terrorist activities. The legacy of Barack Obama is going to be bloody international terrorism on a massive scale, and untold numbers of destroyed lives.

There are countries in the world, mainly in Europe, that are presently undergoing significant cultural t***sformations as a result of Muslim immigration. France, Germany, Belgium and Holland are interesting examples of cases where immigration from Muslim countries, together with the Muslims' high fertility rate, effects every area of life.
It is interesting to know that there is a country in the world whose official and public approach to the Muslim matter is totally different. This country is Japan. This country keeps a very low profile on all levels regarding the Muslim matter: On the diplomatic level, senior political figures from Islamic countries almost never visit Japan, and Japanese leaders rarely visit Muslim countries. The relations with Muslim countries are based on concerns such as oil and gas, which Japan imports from some Muslim countries. The official policy of Japan is not to give citizenship to Muslims who come to Japan, and even permits for permanent residency are given sparingly to Muslims.

Japan forbids exhorting people to adopt the religion of Islam (Dawah), and any Muslim who actively encourages conversion to Islam is seen as proselytizing to a foreign and undesirable culture. Few academic institutions teach the Arabic language. It is very difficult to import books of the Qur'an to Japan, and Muslims who come to Japan, are usually employees of foreign companies. In Japan there are no mosques. The official policy of the Japanese authorities is to make every effort not to allow entry to Muslims, even if they are physicians, engineers and managers sent by foreign companies that are active in the region. Japanese society expects Muslim men to pray at home.

Japanese companies seeking foreign workers specifically note that they are not interested in Muslim workers. And any Muslim who does manage to enter Japan will find it very difficult to rent an apartment. Anywhere a Muslim lives, the neighbors become uneasy. Japan forbids the establishment of Islamic organizations, so setting up Islamic institutions such as mosques and schools is impossible. In Tokyo there is only one imam.

In contrast with what is happening in Europe, very few Japanese are drawn to Islam. If a Japanese woman marries a Muslim, she will be considered an outcast by her social and familial environment. There is no application of Shari'a law in Japan. There is some food in Japan that is halal, kosher according to Islamic law, but it is not easy to find it in the supermarket.

The Japanese approach to Muslims is also evidenced by the numbers: in Japan there are 127 million residents, but only three thousand Muslims, less than one hundredth of a percent. The number of Japanese who have converted is thought to be few. In Japan there are a few thousand of foreign workers who are Muslim, mainly from Pakistan, who have managed to enter Japan as workers with construction companies. However, because of the negative attitude towards Islam they keep a low profile.

There are several reasons for this situation:

First, the Japanese tend to lump all Muslims together as fundamentalists who are unwilling to give up their traditional point of view and adopt modern ways of thinking and behavior. In Japan, Islam is perceived as a strange religion, that any intelligent person should avoid.

Second, most Japanese have no religion, but behaviors connected with the Shinto religion along with elements of Buddhism are integrated into national customs . In Japan, religion is connected to the nationalist concept, and prejudices exist towards foreigners whether they are Chinese, Korean, Malaysian or Indonesian, and Westerners don't escape this phenomenon either. There are those who call this a "developed sense of nationalism" and there are those who call this "r****m". It seems that neither of these is wrong.

Videos:http://www.aina.org/news/20140402221017.htm

This is the reality of Islam, it is a pagan and utterly depraved and sadistic religion. It takes the soul of a man and purges any remnants of human affection from his very being. Look to your own soul, and understand your own obligation to help the Christians from this horror.
Saif Al-Adlubi told the story when the Egyptian butcher would examine the row of people who were waiting their execution. Al-Adlubi witnessed at least two Armenians who were waiting their turn to be slaughtered since no one paid their ransom, the sum of $100,000 each.

"He grabbed the neck of one elderly Armenian Christian", says Al-Adlubi, which the Egyptian butcher was about to slaughter. The Egyptian butcher felt the neck of the Christian Armenian saying "you're an aged man and your neck is soft and I don't have to sharpen my knife for you". Others might be more difficult depending on their physique.

Saif Al-Adlubi tells of his miraculous escape to the Turkish village of Rehaniyeh from Syria. He was probably one of the few survivors who sounded the alarm on one of the gruesome systematic human extermination centers carried out by the Takfiri Jihadist group ISIS.
The prison centers where the ISIS (Da'ish) controls have become miniatures of what was during the N**i SS extermination camps, except the ISIS carries out the extermination in a much more horrific way. Da'ish t***sforms the prisons into kangaroo courts with systematic slaughterhouses and k*****g centers to exterminate Christians and Muslims who disagree with the Takfiri ideology. Once they are found guilty, the way they deal with the victims was as if they were cattle.

The ISIS stands for The Islamic group of Iraq and Syria. ISIS is also known in Middle East circles as Da'ish. Rescue Christians obtained footage of another slaughterhouse from one Syrian Christian named Kamil Toume to confirm the claims.
All of this sadism and cruelty was done in the fashion of an Islamic animal sacrifice, and in the Muslim religion, it is permitted that a human being replace the animal in the sacrificial rituals. This theology of human sacrifice is based upon the very ancient story of Khalid Abdullah al-Kasri, who ritually sacrificed Jaad bin Durham in the place of an animal on the Islamic holiday of The Festival of Sacrifice. He d**gged Durham into a mosque, and before spilling his blood, proclaimed:

O people, sacrifice, Allah accepted your sacrifices. I am now sacrificing Jaad bin Durham.

As organizations like CAIR and their allies wax indignant over "Islamophobia" in America, Muslims around the globe are visiting the worst sort of cruelty upon the Christian minorities in their midst.

For instance, over a span of four days, from October 19-23, the Indonesian government succumbed to the demand of Islamic "extremists" and demolished nine churches. Six days earlier, on October 13, Muslims unleashed a torrent of violence that left a church burned to the ground and a person dead.

And in the course of this single day, 8,000 Christians found themselves displaced from their homes.

The government has deported them.

According to a local church activist, someone who self-identified only as "Rudy," Islamic militants issued an ultimatum to the Indonesian government: Either raze these Christian churches to the ground or "the radicals will deploy around 7,000 people" to besiege this Christian community.

The organization Open Doors, a group dedicated to "serving persecuted Christians worldwide," reports: "Church members wept as they watched in despair [as] civil police officers [began] hammering down their worship houses." As of this juncture, over 1,000 "churchless believers are prohibited from raising temporary tents to hold Sunday worship services."

The predominantly Islamic country of Bangladesh is a place where Christian women are regularly subjected to unspeakable violence. Open Doors states that "two out of every three women in Bangladesh will experience g****r-based violence in their lifetimes." Furthermore, the United Nations' "Special Rapporteur on Violence Against Women" has found that "girls are regularly harassed and abused on their way to and from school," a phenomenon that is the function of the fact that "sexual harassment is often seen as 'part of the culture.'"

One young woman who has fallen victim to this culture is Susmita Chambugonj. Back in May, the 20-year-old was assailed by five "youths" who d**gged her into a microbus. While inside, Susmita was raped by two of her abductors.

The current "refugee crisis" has hit Syrian and Iraqi Christians particularly hard. Open Doors informs us that Christians in these countries "have had their homes marked by ISIS," and "some come from historically Christian towns that were obliterated." Moreover, some Christians are discovering "that they are being discriminated against when it comes to receiving aid."

In Africa, stories of Islamic-on-Christian oppression are even more grisly. At the same time, these same stories supply us with proverbial textbook exhibitions of Christian heroism.

Earlier in the year Boko Haram paid Habila Adamu a visit at his home. When the militants informed Habila that they were "looking for him" in order to end his life, he replied that he had been looking for them as well--but in order to share with them the Gospel of Christ.

The predators weren't impressed. When Habila refused to recant his faith, his persecutors shot him in the face and left him for dead.

Thankfully, Habila survived.

Joshua, however, did not. Joshua was 18 years old. A member of a family of farmers, he worked in a factory during the dry season. One day, Islamic militants showed up at his place of employment and proceeded to separate those employees who were Muslims from those that were Christians. Then, they wasted no time in murdering the Christians one by one.

Initially, Joshua was in another room with some other employees. They watched through a window as the mass murder unfolded. When an Islamic woman and fellow employee of Joshua begged the latter to deny his Christianity, he refused. Joshua was blunt: "No," he told her, for "I am a Christian and they are k*****g my brothers."

Joshua continued: "I am also going out there. I am not going to stay here and pretend that I am a Muslim."

Joshua was martyred along with nine young men.

Even as I write this, the Christian community in Turkey has become the object of a systematic, relentless campaign of death threats. According to Open Doors, the targeted are being blasted for being "heretics" who have "chosen the path that denies Allah[.]"

In Pakistan this past July, Saddique Azam, a veteran school teacher, was promoted to the position of "headmaster" at an elementary school. Azam is a Christian. For months, he was repeatedly threatened by Muslims who believed that the office of headmaster should be held by a Muslim. Azam refused to resign.

Then, on October 6, three of his Islamic colleagues who worked under him physically attacked Azam.

Azam recounted his experience: "Three Muslim teachers entered the school, went into my office and waited for me there. When I entered the office, I was alarmed to see them. I asked them the reason for the visit and they launched a tirade of warnings against me to withdraw and resign from teacher headship."

From the beating, Azam sustained a severe injury to his left eye. Things could've been worst had it not been for other staff that stopped the assault.

But witnesses reported that while they pummeled Azam, his Islamic assailants mocked him by referring to him as "choora," an anti-Christian epithet used by Pakistani Muslims. "Choora" connotes the "sweeper" or "untouchable" caste. "You are a 'Christian Choora,'" his victimizers shouted. How, then, "can you be a headmaster and be given seniority over us?"

The next time that we hear about the "Islamophobia" that Muslims in America allegedly face, let's recall the face of real religious persecution: the persecution that truly defenseless Christians suffer at the hands of Muslim aggressors throughout the Islamic world.
