A SCOTUS ruling can be overturned by SCOTUS, congress, or an amendment.
Lower-Court Decisions Reveal Roe v. Wade’s Extremism
The 14th amendment was ratified in 1968 during the Civil Rights brouhaha; Section 1 of the amendment was included to remove all doubt about the citizenship status of b***k A******ns and clear up any challenges to their right to v**e. Equal protection under the law.
Nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
(Note the 14th amendment says nothing about "a right of personal privacy, or a guarantee of certain areas or zones of privacy”. Sounds very much like a judge's interpretation based on his or her politically biased opinion rather than the wording of the 14th amendment.)
This brings up a question: Since Roe v Wade is not a law, merely a court ruling, how does the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment apply?
More questions: Who determined at what stage during pregnancy does a baby become viable, i.e., capable of living?
Who determined at what stage during pregnancy does a baby become human?
When a woman conceives, it is a good bet that she will not give birth to a frog or a chicken.
At the moment of conception, everything necessary to create a human being - genes, DNA, and so forth - are present, all the baby needs then is food and water. And love, lots of love.
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you;
If a baby is human at the moment of conception, and grows as a human while in that "zone of privacy", and is born a human, why does Roe v Wade - a court ruling - deny the little human's right to Life, Liberty and equal protection of the laws?
If the 14th amendment guarantees a woman's right to choose whether or not to k**l her baby, why does it not guarantee any American the right to choose whether or not to get the C***d jab?
One more question: What guns does the 2nd amendment say we have a right to own?
Roe v Wade is not a law, not a statute in the Fede... (

Great post. Life begins at conception, God created that new life!
