I appreciate all the comments, and thank you all for them. Apparently in this situation, I think I have lost. The summary judgement is against me, and apparently the courts, the judge, and many lawyers can't answer the same question I asked.

Perhaps I found in law a paradox that right now is being handled this way:

Your girlfriend signed a contract with the finance company.....
You signed a contract with the same finance company....
The co buyer and cosigner is the same thing.
Since the fraud was with Chase and not the finance company you signed with, they are not responsible for the fraud, that is between you and her.

You have no material fact, judgement for the plaintiff.

She committed fraud, and abandoned the property, irrelevant.
She was harassed by the finance company, (excessive phone calls and threats), irrelevant.

If you are under contract, say for employment, in general contract law, then your employer can break the contract due to fraud, but apparently in this case, that is not "material fact" and how is it so?

Recently Westlake financial sued me over a motor vehicle I co-buyed on.

Thus, the Israel is born with the grandson of Abraham.

After the Egyptian Exile, Israel conquered what would later be called the holy land. It was here that the kingdom of Judah ruled Israel. The Christians are born out of the tribe of Judah in the family of David as shown in the genealogy from the book of Luke as described above. Now, I stopped the genealogy at Jesus Christ for two reasons.

First, Jesus Christ, Son of David, Son of Israel, Son of Abraham, Son of Noah, Son of Adam, Son of God, ends the line of God's Priestly People. For no longer is there a blood line of the perfect Human being, this is because Jesus passes on to all Christians that right of blood line making all of us members of His family. And at each mass, He gives us his flesh and blood, to show that all humanity is connected to the royal family of God.

Second, Jesus completes the prophecy of Adam. Therefore, man is made whole by Jesus Christ. Thus, the new and the old are renewed in the family of God.

I know First and Second are just philosophical and theological, but to complement the philosophical and theological we can thus understand now, that Modern Man is older than Neanderthal Man and Cro-Magnon man. To cure this physical discrepancy, Jesus unites all of Man, through his body and blood, through his life death and resurrection on the cross the family of man, that was poisoned by the angels, is united in Christ. This is a scientific fact. But my question does not include this fact, which is a rabbit hole, that will take centuries to argue. Therefore, let's just leave this point alone for now.

The Muslims declare that they too are descendants from Abraham, just like Israel is. This is not deniable, for they are descendants of Ishmael, Issac's older brother. Thus, in this author's opinion, this is why the Sunnis can and do try to make peace with both Christians and Jews. However, it is the Shiites that seek the destruction of the Jews. Why, I can only speculate.

I don't know much about the Shiites off shoot of the Muslim faith. But I do know about the Sunnis.

What I do witness however, is the strictness of the Shiites, are following in the footsteps of Nimrod, King of Babel. The same Nimrod who it is thought of that k**led Noah over the garments of Adam and Eve. The same Nimrod whose wife/mother called herself ISIS and her son/husband (Nimrod) Baal. Baal is the Babylonian Sun God, where ISIS is the Babylonian Moon god.

The reason, I can say with certain terms that this is happening today, is by the actions of Hamas, Hezbollah, and ISIS.

Israel in its whole history from the time Jacob wrestled with the angel, until present day, shows a people who come and go from God. Even when Israel murdered their God's only Son, they were punished by the Romans, in the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD. Even Saint James tried to intercede in their destruction.

But regardless of their history, no group of human people, let them be Christian or Jew, Muslim or Palestinian, should their men, women, or children be beheaded, burned alive, raped, murdered, or taken captive. This is what had occurred in World War II as well as October 7 of this year.

Regardless of any argument that Hamas, Hezbollah or Palestine comes up with to Justify the brutality of October 7, the fact still remains, How can a human being do that barbery against another human being? And if they can, then in the Law of Moses and the Rite of Jesus Christ, then the same shall be done to them...

With that being said, the theme of the Bible is how the children of God are to live with each other.

The book called the Bible is made up of ancient writings, wisdom and understanding to better change the maturity of the human person to achieve the goal of peace as well as other principles so we as humans can live in paradise in peace, joy and love.

The Hebrews, the Israelites, the Sameritians, Jews, and Christians are all part of the same family of modern man.

These people of God, welcomes the Egyptians, Greeks, and Arabs to the family.

This is religious, from Abraham to Christ, we as children of God welcomes all human beings to this family.

With that being said, and declared....when a human being or a group of human beings become so barbaric that instead of siding with humanity, they side with the rebellious angels and seek the murder and destruction of modern man, religion goes out the window.

This is most pronounced when you look at the Bible when ancient Israel's enemies smitten each other in the land of Canaan.

God commanded David to smite the Hittites, and Ammonites, as well as the Philistines. David failed to do so and the ancient temptations of these three groups plagued the kingdom of Israel until this very day.

In time ancient Israel was converted to the Christians, who spread the word of God to the whole world. Whereas, Israel remained as the priests of humanity.

But as was shown, in a previous post, Christ under the authority of Melchezadeck, created a new priestly people, outside that of the Moses priest Aaron. Both still apply.

But this is a belief and history of the heritage of modern man. However, this does not excuse the actions of Hitler, isis, or Hamas.

Modern man is in a fight for its survival today.

Enemies of humanity take all forms of evil to convince modern man that life is hopeless and the only logical conclusion is the death of man.

This deception is false, modern man must survive. Begining with Adam, and consecrated by Christ, modern man is the greatest creation of all creation.

We as humans, are man, angel and God. As part of all three, we control our fate.

But when man examines all three to such an extreme man goes mad and attempts to destroy himself.

Thus, God gave us Christ, so we can preserve our humanity. Therefore, when man becomes rabbit, like Hitler, Isis, and Hamas has become, it is the right of humanity to cut them off of the right to life.

In other words for Israel to wipe Hamas off the face of the earth for crimes against humanity, they are well with in their right.

It matters not who owns the land, for Israel gave to Palestine, the Gaza strip. And Hamas murdered in the greatest terms of barbaric terms, slaughtered 3000 peaceful Israeli civilians celebrating life.
