I second your view. The few problems we have in senatorial ranks can be offset by gains against Dems. In 2018 IF WE DONT DESTROY OURSELVES. At present a few difficult members can wield great influence due to our narrow margin. Take Dem. Senatorialseats and their power will dwindle and most will be back in the fold. A study of party history from 1860s forward will show this.
I understand but those looking for ideo9logical purity will destroy us all. With a 2 seat margin and so many dem. Seats up we should be concentrating on winning additional seats...not eating our own. I can understand why so many nations are not impressed with democracy since they like so many of us don't believe in responsible majority rule.
