I have no doubt that almost every claim that the NSA has made could be thwarted, especially under this administration. This administration is more interested in political enemies then it is in terrorist activities. We see this in what the DOJ and the IRS have been doing, so why should the NSA be different.
The media has nobody to blame but themselves for this. When they decided to become the lapdogs for the liberal/progressive movement and not the watchdogs for the public, they lost the trust of the majority of the people. The media has ceased being an information source and has become the propaganda arm of the liberal government. While political correctness has replaced common sense and t***h, the media embraces the former and rejects the latter. Instead of exposing the lies of the government to swear to them, and that does not build trustworthiness.
The way I understand the Supreme Court ruling is it deals with the v***r r**********n form, which has a box you check that states that you are a citizen. By signing this form you are subject to perjury charges. The Supreme Court in it's infinite wisdom has failed to see that the government is selectively enforcing the laws of the land and therefore has made the court a partner in v***r f***d. As for perjury, it seems that every time one of this administration's people goes before congress they commit perjury and nothing is done about it. Until politicians, either elected or appointed are made to obey the laws how can others be expected to do it.
Rubio said he was out of it if border security did not come first, well that is not going to happen. Can we believe anything he says? We were told that he is a great conservative, but time has shown us that he is nothing but a younger version of John McCain. RINOV***S is consuming the GOP.
Is it any wonder the country is in such sad shape, with i***ts like this running it. He needs to understand that tax exempt organizations are not taxpayer subsidized, but he is. His pay comes comes from the taxpayers, maybe closer examination of these taxpayer subsidized politicians is in order. I understand that it is not against the law to be stupid, but we should not allow stupid people to run our country.

How do you make the distinction between good terrorist and bad terrorist. The Palestine Authority is hotbed of terrorist groups, all with one goal. That goal is the total annihilation of Israel, which is the only friend we have in the Middle East. Maybe Durbin thinks that because the greatest share of journalist have become lapdogs for the liberals, that means all the rest have forfeited their 1st Amendment rights too. Durbin and the rest of these politicians take an oath of office, that says "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same, etc". Wouldn't it be great if they honored that oath and understood what the Constitution really says? Why do we allow these dishonorable men and women run our country? We must be as brain dead as they are.
To use the words of Hillary Clinton, "What difference does it make". He lied to congress about "Fast and Furious" and nothing has been done, he lies about everything. Until congress decides that it has a role in this government besides being the door mat for the president and his administration, the lying will continue. Hell congress does not even have the backbone to call it lying.

Did you hear the President's press conference today on national security? Sending Americans into harms way and denying them the protection and security to do their jobs, is not national security it's criminal negligence. We do not have a president, we have a criminal running our country. We should send him to Yemen, put a rag on his head and let him sit with his friends the Al Qaeda. I read that some of these AP journalist now fear the government, well if they did their jobs like real journalist instead of being lapdogs for this administration this government would fear them. The reason government is so corrupt is that the media sold it's constitutional rights to the government they were suppose to be the watchdog of. With all the scandals popping up the media should be at the forefront searching for the t***h, instead they parrot the lies of the administration.
