T*****r Trump is about to find out if the evidence against him will stand up in a court of law.

Meanwhile, while Criminal Trump is all tied up in court, President Joe Biden is marking Earth Day by announcing $7 billion in federal grants for residential solar projects serving 900,000-plus households in low- and middle-income communities. He also plans to expand his New Deal-style American Climate Corps green jobs training program. Throughout Earth Week, the Biden-Harris Administration will announce additional actions to build a stronger, healthier future for all.

The US is running unsustainable budget deficits. That you approve of your boy Joe flushing $ 7 Billion down the toilet on such useless, worthless, unnecessary, and harmful projects is frightening to those of us who are informed.

I assume you are younger than me. I hope you live to see the consequences of your actions. I figure I have at most another 20 years of life span left. I hope you are still around to see Social Security go bankrupt. I hope you live long enough to see services cut back because we can no longer borrow and print our way out of stupid actions.

I hope you get to see the freaking oceans not rise and flood the coast lines as your masters have told you. It is people like you who keeping putting fraudsters like Obama and Biden into positions of power, that are keeping America's real problems from being tackled.

I told this many times before. On an episode of the old TV show Hogan's Heroes, a bomb fell into Stalag 13. Hogan and Klink had to disarm it. Hogan got to a point where there were two wires. One would disarm the bomb and the other would k**l them. Hogan asked Klink which one he thought they should cut. Klink picked one and closed his eyes. Hogan cut the opposite wire and disarmed the bomb.

Klink yelled at Hogan, " if you knew which wire to cut, why did you ask me ? " Hogan replied, " I didn't know, but I knew you would pick the wrong wire. " President Biden is the Colonel Klink of Presidents. You can never go wrong choosing the opposite of wh**ever he says.

Oh the government is already there. They'll find a way to regulate and tax the hell out of it very soon, I imagine.

I know that the majority of people are recreational users. I guess you could call me that since I don't have any problems that would require anything medicinal when I have a hit or two with MOHD on occasion.

The time I tried maybe 40 years ago was in the backseat of a car and I guess I didn't get enough of it to be affected. At my age I don't need to experiment with another vice. Alcohol, caffeine, and food are my addictions. Suddenly throwing up after getting drunk in my mid twenties kept me from following my family tradition of becoming an alcoholic. Now in moderation.

At fifty I had to switch to decafe coffee because my heart tended to race and I wanted to murder those around me who needed it. Food is the one addiction I have yet to conquer. I was the fat child in a litter of starving skeletons growing up. I think I ate one of the weak ones for a snack one day. Puberty slimmed me down. In my late twenties a co worker got me into running 10 k races. I ran 25 miles per week and could eat like a horse and have a beach body.

At 33 my body fell apart and I gradually had to stop running. 45 years and 45 lbs later my gastro doctor said, " you really need to do something. Your liver is too fat. " So now I am on a high protein powdered shake and pudding diet. It's a whole lot of fun going out to eat with friends and family watching everyone else stuff themselves, whilst I eat the microscopic side salad.

The diet, really a starvation diet, does work if you don't c***t too much. Now, if you want to talk gadgets, the fancy electronic scale that comes with the package, talks to my smart phone. It measures lbs, hydration, and % of body fat. It all goes to a nutritionist, who twice per month tells you if you were naughty or nice. So far I haven't been yelled out.

To quote what my doctor told me just the other day when I told her that I was vaping, she said that's just as bad if not worse than cigarettes smoking because you inhale more deeply. And any type of smoking burns the lung somewhat, it doesn't matter what type of smoking, it's mostly just the burn.
There have been reports of marijuana having effects on the heart and lungs and mental of course. It affects everyone differently. It's basically just about like anything else, everything in moderation, in my personal opinion

I am not against pot. I have a good friend who has serious injuries sustained over a lifetime of physical jobs. He suffers from constant intense pain. His choices are opioids or pot. He prefers pot. However, most pot users are not sufferers of constant pain. They are pleasure users.

I got the shock of my life when I was at a party which was mostly 20 somethings. Us older folk were enjoying our alcohol, but the younger crowd were all smoking. What amazed me was the variety of gadgets they were using. Very little joint use as I had expected. These kids had water devices and other cool thingies.

Anyway I just see hypocrisy. If today's kids want to smoke pot, so be it. Then tobacco users should have the same freedom. Since they want to over tax cigarette smokers, then let them screw the pot smokers too, because I predict that decades from now the healthcare costs for pot smokers will be right up there with the tobacco users.

I would have to say probably. There are edibles, drinks, etc., so there are optionsl

I realize those facts, but the vast majority of users will smoke. The government is not coming after the suppliers of smoking pot the way they came after the tobacco companies. I find it amazing that I cannot find any good research on the harmful effects of smoking pot. The little research I can find is clouded because many pot smokers are also tobacco smokers.

Again I simply cannot fathom that pot smoke would not be as bad or worse for the lungs as cigarettes. My own theory on the why, is that the government now populated with ex hippies is full on balls to the wall in favor of pot smoking. Funding research that might show pot as harmful as tobacco would upset the current paradigm, which also includes a lot of tax money from pot sales funding L*****t wish lists.

Of course I can prove nothing, but no one can disprove it either.

I think that I have a legitimate question for you on this subject. The government, mostly Liberals, have been on an anti tobacco shtick for 50-60 years give or take a decade. Now these same anti tobacco N**is are wholeheartedly pushing Pot use.

I have tried pot and tobacco in my life, but never actively used either. I don't know so I am asking. Wouldn't pot be as bad or worse for the heart and lungs ? Wouldn't smoking any drug be bad for the lungs ?

It is the quality of evidence that is required for conviction. It is true that throughout history some convictions have been overturned. It Sounds like you are convinced T*****r Trump will be found guilty and your next best hope is that Trump's conviction will be overturned on appeal. Trump has been charged with 91 felony counts, none of which was Witchcraft.

Are you really that naive or are you simply once more gaslighting me ? The evidence is totally immaterial. The statute of limitations ran out on these charges a long time ago. So the law is definitely immaterial. The only thing that matters is that Bragg got his jury selected in Manhattan. Once he had that nailed down, he could have gotten Trump convicted with a blank piece of paper and his say so that Trump is guilty.

Your boy Joe is once again down in the polls. The news for him in the next 7 plus months likely will not be good enough for him to beat Donald J. Trump again. Joe now has to run on his pathetic record. Very likely not enough will go right in the news to help him. Ukraine could go either way, as could the Israeli/Hamas war. Iran is ready to strike, as is China against Taiwan.

Your boy Joe does not have many arrows left in his quiver to deal with the next foreign policy surprise. The US ammo stockpiles are dangerously low, because of supplying Ukraine, so China could make a move on Taiwan and maybe our forces run out of shells, missiles, and rockets. Joe half emptied the Strategic Oil Reserve to keep gasoline prices from going too high and his poll numbers too low, so if the Middle East blows up Joe has no oil cushion.

Then Joe might fall down and go boom or say something demented that the Propaganda Press can't bury. Then there is that pesky inflation Joe caused that despite Joe's experts prediction, stays stubbornly high. Finally we have Joe's Border catastrophe which never gets any better. These are simply what comes to mind. There are plenty of other potential landmines that might trip up President Biden.

I can definitely see why you and your crowd are desperate for DA Bragg or one of the other Flunkie DAs to take Trump out of the e******n. No way can you trust the v**ers this time around.

I wonder what would happen if Trump wins the e******n, but can't serve because a Democrat DA has him in jail ? Would Joe Biden by default remain President even though he lost the e******n ? Talk about an ill********e P*******t. If not Biden, then whom ?

Actually whomever Trump selects as his VP could become the sitting President. The what ifs are off the charts.

A conviction does mean something. It means the defendant is guilty as charged. It is never too soon for the MAGA mob to start making excuses.

Okay, lets us explore what the term conviction means. To you getting that conviction represents a serious moral victory. So in Trump's case any stain on his record is a win for you. Conviction as impeach did means you win, and my side and Trump lose. Fine.

My rebuttal is this. Through out world and American history defendants have been wrongly convicted under various laws. Many of those laws later were found to be unjust, or the laws were found to have been misapplied, or the prosecutions were shown to have been unfair. The Salem Witch defendants were convicted of witchcraft and hung. By your standards it was all good because they were legally convicted.

You and your crowd do not care a bit about the quality of the Trump convictions. All you care about is booking that win in your ledger. I dare you to refute that statement.

Is your exhausted condemnation of Alvin Bragg based solely on your opinion about how the DA's Office handled the Alba case? The facts speak for themselves. Mr. Alba actually k**led a man after an argument. He was charged with murder, sent to jail, and later released on a reduced bail bond. Your exhausted condemnation of Alvin Bragg probably has more to do with DA Bragg's handling of the T*****r Trump case.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's case against former President Donald Trump over alleged hush money paid to an adult film actress has entered a new, critical phase. MAGA morons continue to believe Trump when he desperately claims that he did nothing wrong. Mr. Bragg is now the first prosecutor to begin a criminal trial against a current or former U.S. president.

" The facts speak for themselves. Mr. Alba actually k**led a man after an argument. He was charged with murder, sent to jail, and later released on a reduced bail bond. "

That is such a ridiculous statement that I am flabbergasted. Mr. Alba was assaulted and forced to defend himself. Your way of thinking is perfectly consistent with the stereotypical sheeple of the American Left.

I bet that if you were to describe a bank robbery, you would call it a slight dispute between a rude bank teller and the disgruntled customer in his C***d mask.

As far as this case that Mr. Bragg has brought against former President Trump, even the thoroughly corrupt Biden Justice Department declined to pursue this prosecution. They could have charged Trump under federal campaign finance rules and chose to decline.

So then Bragg decides that even though the statute of limitations to charge someone with a state misdemeanor or a class E felony has long passed, he can still proceed because of the time Trump resided in DC, and then Florida. Apparently there is some bizarre 1999 rule extending the statute of limitations if the defendant lives outside of NY State. These are shaky legal grounds which make it extremely likely that Trump's certain conviction will be overturned on appeal. It is certain because Trump's jury trial should have been moved out of Manhattan.

Any other defendant would have been granted that right, but not Donald J. Trump. There is no way an unbiased jury was found in Manhattan. So Trump certainly will be found guilty. He can't not be. Then the various legal errors that both the prosecutor and the trial judge have made will get the conviction overturned, on appeal.

But you and the rest of the Left Wing Sheeple will be able to point to this conviction as if it meant something.
