In many cases these so called judges are appointed by políticians who owe them a favor or two. Most of the favors would be a bit nefarious. We still put up with some of these assholes that were appointed by Clinton. Worse, a hell of a s**tload were appointed by the negro, Obama. They hang in there for life and almost cannot be deposed...A lot of them, the majority, are liberal democrats, you can confirm this by thier decisions.

One of the things I find wrong with your “ just a car accident”, is the authorities didn’t even test the driver for drugs or alcohol.
