On July 15, 2015 the DOJ (now known as the “Department of Injustice”) sent a 22 page legal notice to Georgia Governor Nathen Deal and Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens informing them that the Department had determined that Georgia’s GNETS program (Georgia Network for Educational and Therapeutic Support) was in violation of the Federal laws against “separate facilities” for different groups of students in school systems. The notice goes into great detail about what they believe are the deficiencies in Georgia’s GNETS program. One of their major concerns is that students in the GNETS facilities do not have “equal access to extracurricular activities like after school sports or clubs”.

According to the Georgia Department of Education website, GNETS was created in 1970. This is how the website describes it: “The Georgia Network for Educational and Therapeutic Support (GNETS) is comprised of 24 programs which support the local school systems’ continuum of services for students with disabilities, ages 3-21. The programs provide comprehensive educational and therapeutic support services to students who might otherwise require residential or other more restrictive placements due to the severity of one or more of the characteristics of the disability category of emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD).”

In other words, GNETS was created specifically to provide an education for students who might otherwise have to be institutionalized! As noted above these are students who have psychological or behavior disorders that causes them be a potential threat to themselves and/or other students/people. These facilities are usually “locked down” where people have to be “buzzed in and out”, that are operated by dedicated and highly qualified professionals.

So now the Obama Administration and the State of Georgia are engaged in extended and expensive litigation over whether or not the State of Georgia can continue to provide an education for these special needs students, or just lock them up in institutions. Surely the Obama “Department of Injustice” has other places to spend (waste) our Federal tax dollars?

I am NOT a “closed border” person and I am FOR “free trade”. To be otherwise, in my studied opinion is unreasonable. However, the more I learn about TPP (T***s-Pacific Partnership Agreement), the more I am literally horrified about what is in it. In TPP, once again America gets the “short straw”!

When I saw the October 31, 2008 news footage of Obama loudly proclaiming, “We are five days away from fundamentally changing America” I did not have a clue how much America would be changed in eight years! Obama, first with Hillary’s help and now with Kerry’s, is racing to finish his work turning America into a second rate country and making it part of the U.N., “One World Order”. He has taken sides against America with the U.N. and foreign governments (except Israel) at every opportunity. Some examples are the U.N. Agenda 21 Project, the U.N. Small Arms Treaty, the Iran Nuclear Deal (all of these could have entire books written about what is wrong with them), and now TPP. As noted above, I believe TPP is the planned final nail in America’s coffin, right behind the Iran Nuclear deal.

Like everything else the Obama Administration has done, the American public and most of Congress do not know what is in TPP. However, as more information becomes public, in some cases from WikiLeaks, it is like everything else the Obama Administration has done .It is bad for America.
As noted above I am for “free trade”, but for “free trade” to work everyone involved has to be FAIR and HONEST in their trade activities, which is not necessarily the case within this proposed agreement, and it does not even include China. China is a major trading partner, is a member of WTO (World Trade Organization) and is the all-time UNFAIR trader in the world. This is another topic that could easily fill an entire book on its own. Basically this is how China and other trade c***ters do it. They manipulate the value of their currency against the American dollar so their goods are cheaper in the U.S. and our goods are more expensive in their country. Their farming, harvesting and manufacturing operations are not usually bothered, by overwhelming government agencies that are enforcing so many regulations that they cannot function efficiently. So China and other countries can pollute at will and abuse their workforce at will with low pay, and unsafe working and living conditions. And it seems that other countries always out maneuver our trade negotiators in any and all trade negotiations. Consequently, as noted earlier, the American people get the “short straw” in every international deal, TPP included.
In addition to not being “fair and balanced” with American interest, TPP also turns over some of our basic rights to a TPP Authority! Things like what type of Tuna fishing nets can be used to fish for Tuna, and how to label cans of Tuna, would be decided by this TPP Authority. Under TPP, America could no longer make and enforce its own laws and regulations regarding a number of things regulated by TPP. And this is not even the worst part of TPP.

The worst part of TPP is TISA. If you have not heard of TISA, you are not alone. TISA is a “secret” agreement being negotiated within TPP. It is a “Trade in Services Agreement” which basically overrides U.S. i*********n l*ws! I repeat, it is a secret agreement being negotiated inside TPP that basically overrides U.S. i*********n l*ws. The way it would work is a company like Goggle, or an international hotel chain could move certain employees from its businesses in effected countries in and out of America as they desire. In addition to all the abuse and corruption that already exist in our immigration system under Obama, this is one more reason all the big tech companies, and most of the big international companies pilled on to support and throw money at Obama in 2008 and 2012, and are now doing it for Hillary. They want cheap foreign labor with no Obamacare requirement.

Now we know for sure why Obama and his Liberal Democratic supporters are frantically pushing for “Trade Promotion Authority” (fast-track trade negotiating authority) for the Obama Administration, which is due to be v**ed on by Congress soon.

Remember, Hillary helped Obama do what he did to America during his first term while selling America out for Billions of dollars for herself, Bill and their foundations. If Hillary becomes President a big chunk of what jobs we have left in America will disappear forever!

Since it is now less than 90 days until America chooses a new President, it seems important to me to focus on just how inept and corrupt the Obama Administration has been. And then ask the question, “Can America survive a 3rd term of the Obama Administration”?

 Obama promised, “My administration will be the most t***sparent administration in history”. It has been the most secretive.
 Obama uses every Federal agency to regularly violate the Constitution and go around Congress to carry out his agenda.
An example is Obama going around Congress and using the EPA to initiate and carry out his “war on coal”.
 Breaking News! The “Department of Injustice” overrode three different FBI field offices and closed the Clinton Foundation investigation. They are not even pretending to be honest now!
 Breaking news! It has been confirmed that the Obama Administration has been altering intelligence reports to make it look like the Administration’s war on terror has been more effective than it actually has been.
 One of the “Department of Injustice’s” first actions was to drop the v**er intimidation convictions of the Philadelphia Black Panthers.
 The “Department of Injustice” issued an internal policy, “There is no such thing as v**er intimidation or v***r f***d if it is done by people of color”.
 “Fast and Furious” is conceived and executed.
 Eric Holder lied to Congress repeatedly about “Fast and Furious”.
 Obama illegally used executive privilege to seal “Fast and Furious” records.
 “Obamacare” is “passed” by a Democratic controlled House and Senate without being read, and with blank pages. It was actually put together by a special interest group with some members that had questionable resumes.
 Obama repeatedly illegally used Executive Orders to modify Obamacare.
 There was massive fraud in the implementation of Obamacare with no action taken by the Administration.
 In November 2013 the Obamacare website was only 30 % built at a cost of over $600 million when it was budgeted for $94 million.
 The Obama Administration gave a LA school district $990,000 to teach school children how to go home and educate their parents about the benefits of Obamacare.
 The Obama Administration spent millions promoting Obamacare.
 During Obama’s 1st term there was a major expansion of the Food Stamp program with no action taken to prosecute some of the companies hired to administer the program who were committing fraud
 During Obama’s 1st term there was a huge expansion of the “Free Phone” program with distribution contracts going to major campaign donors and no prosecution of obvious fraud in the program. This was repeated after Obama’s re-e******n.
 The Obama Administration Illegally took over the auto industry and illegally reorganized it to take care of the unions at the expense of shareholders, secured lenders and non- union workers.
 The Obama Administration Illegally terminated automobile dealerships and created illegal dealership monopolies for chosen friends and supporters.
 The Obama Administration illegally spent billions of dollars on ill-conceived g***n e****y projects that were all massive failures (but trusted supporters were bailed out in the process).
 The IRS illegally targeted hundreds of Conservative groups.
 Erick Holder appointed a radical Obama supporter in the “Department of Injustice” to lead the FBI investigation into the IRS targeting of Conservative groups.
 Obama said in an interview with Bill O’Reilly “there was not even a smidgen of corruption there”, before the IRS “investigation” was done
 The IRS, BATF and OSHA illegally targeted Conservative group leaders.
 Obama created a “shadow” government made up of White House Czars.
 Obama and others in his Administration continually brag about saving the economy, when we are in the longest “none” recovery from a recession in American history.
 Immediately after his re-e******n Obama said, “Now we will reward our friends and punish our enemies”.
 Obama and others in his Administration continually brag about the record low unemployment rate, when we have one of the highest percentages of Americans unemployed or underemployed since the great depression.
 Obama and others in his Administration repeatedly say, “We are reducing the deficit at the fastest rate since the end of WWII”. The Federal debt will exceed $20 trillion before the end of this year.
 Obama issues a record number of illegal Executive Orders.
 Obama has signed a record number of Federal prisoner pardons and he still has over 5 months remaining in office.
 Obama claims that he was a Constitutional Law Professor.
 Obama makes Illegal recess appointments.
 The “Department of Injustice” used “Operation Choke Point” to target gun and other industries that the Obama Administration does not like.
 During his first term Obama begin to establish a “Federal Police Force,” which has been expanded during his 2nd term.
 The Obamas have taken a record number of expensive vacations and Obama has played a record number of rounds of Golf.
 The Obama Administration has issued a record number of Visas with little to no follow up or enforcement by DHS.
 B******i happens and is covered up.
 The Syrian “Red Line in The Sand” is announced and ignored.
 The overall U.S. national defense capability is the lowest it has been since prior to WWII while running up a Federal deficit of $20 trillion
 The Obama Administration enables v***r f***d by using the “Department of Injustice” to prevent states from using v**er ID laws and attempting to clean up their registered v**er list.
 The IRS and “Department of Injustice” Illegally targeted Republican candidates in tight national races and then destroyed the evidence.
 Secret service agents illegally accessed Representative Jason Chavis’ personnel records with no disciplinary action taken.
 The Obama Administration turned the Border Patrol agents into “baby sitters” while “manipulating” the deportation numbers.
 The Obama Administration ignored a court order to remove the illegal deep water drilling restrictions in the Gulf. Instead of removing the restrictions they replaced them with more restrictive orders.
 The Obama Administration allowed massive fraud in the black farmer discrimination claims program.
 The Obama campaign took illegal donations in his 2008 and 2012 campaign.
 The Obama Administration refuses to use the term “Islamic Terrorist”.
 The Obama Administration labeled the Fort Hood terrorist shooting as “work place violence”.
 Obama placed members of the Muslim Brotherhood in key Federal Government positions.
 The Obama Administration systematically destroys the lives of bona fide “Whistle Blower’s”.
 The “Department of Injustice” illegally targeted members of the media, and their families.
 The Obama Administration signed deals with the UN and foreign Governments and then claimed they were not treaties, which require Congressional approval.
 Hillary, the IRS, Clapper, and Holder lied to Congress on a regular basis and destroyed records.
 The State Department, under Hillary, spent $623,000 in a failed attempt to get people to “like” the State Department’s Face Book page.
 The State Department interfered with an IG investigation into claims about sexual misconduct in the Department.
 The “Department of Injustice” payed people to go to Florida to protest when Zimmerman was not originally charged.
 Obama is illegally emptying GITMO.
 The Bergdahl trade was illegal and extremely ill conceived.
 Obama continuously generates racial divide by actions like his administrations involvement in the Zimmerman case and saying things like, “The police acted stupidly” regarding the arrest of Henry Gates, a professor friend.
 A black Muslim extremist who was working in the DHS as a purchasing agent for guns and ammunition had a website advocating a race war and the slaughter of white, gay and mixed race people. He was put on paid leave when Fox News exposed him.
 Obama enacted a new, illegal phone tax through the FCC to raise money to provide internet service to “every school child in America”. The program, like all of Obama’s programs, failed miserably but the tax is still in effect.
 Obama’s long UN speech on 9/24/13 claimed that the world is a safer place than it was 5 years ago.
 The White House and the State Department are caught illegally and foolishly altering press conference tapes.
 The “Department Of Injustice” altered the transcripts of the 9/11 calls made by the Orlando shooter to remove references to Islam and terrorism.

As noted above this is only a partial list. I saw an internet post during Obama’s first term where the author had taken the time to keep a journal and actually listed Obama lies verbatim. It was six pages long, single spaced with around 35 quotes per page. Obviously after 7 and ½ years this post could be many pages longer. However, I feel sure what I have listed here is adequate proof that this is the most inept and corrupt administration in American history. I firmly believe that a Hillary Administration will be just as bad, and Obama has left us too weak to survive another 4 years of the same ineptitude and corruption.

There are only two viable choices for President. The “third party” candidates cannot possibly be elected. V**e and CHOOSE wisely!

No lie or fabrication is off limits as the Mainstream Media, Democrats. And rino Republicans try to stop Trump’s march to the White House.

Trump is crashing in the polls while Hillary is getting a strong “bounce”. Based on the turnout at Trump’s campaign events versus Hillary’s events, I do not believe the polls are accurate.

I wrote about poll accuracy last week. For many years I have noticed that they have not been accurate. I believe there are two reasons for this. One is that some pollsters deliberately skew the results in an effort to influence an e******n. The second and main reason they are not accurate is the increasing lack of a reliable list of people to be polled who accurately reflect the v**ers. This is the result of the rapidly increasing number of v**ers who no longer have a telephone land line. They use cell phones and many of them use the phones to screen their calls to avoid telemarketers (and pollsters). An increasing number of these people also refuse to join groups like political parties or give out their phone number. There is also an increasing number of people who will not acknowledge who they are supporting politically, or will lie about it to avoid controversy, a risk of being ridiculed by family or friends or possibly being black listed at work. Consequently polls today are a good indicator of trends but they do not accurately predict results. Trump is a good example of this. He got more v**es in the Republican primary than any Republican candidate in history, even with 16 qualified opponents initially, some of them staying in the race until late in the primary process, yet the polls have consistently shown him to be losing to Hillary.

Recent fund raising reports also indicate the polls are not accurate. Hillary, with her massive national organization and the Democratic Party’s help, raised $90 million in July. Only $63 million goes to her. The rest goes to the Democratic Party for other candidates. Trump, without a massive national organization, raised $80 million, mostly from small donors.

This morning I heard a new word, “Palinize”. It is a reference to the main stream media trying to do to Trump what they did to Sarah Palin.

Pro-Hillary:
Jake Tapper was practically “fawning “ about the DNC as he did his nightly report one night during the convention. All the rest of the mainstream media did the same constantly, during and after the convention.
Juan Williams on the “Five” loudly stated that the “RNC was a disaster”. I am still hearing that from the Left every day.
Obama, during a White House joint press conference with the P.M. of Singapore, bluntly said that Trump is not QUALIFIED to be President. This came from a community organizer with a 7 & ½ year record of lies, failure, and corruption? He said the same thing about Romney.
During a pentagon press conference Obama warned Trump about the classified briefings and said Trump needs to be “P**********l”!
As of 8/01 network news channels mentioned Pat Smith’s appearance at the RNC one time, Khizr Khan’s appearance at the DNC 55 times.
The New York Times did not report on Chris Wallace’s Hillary interview on 7/31.
The Media is ramping up its attacks on Trump’s wife.

Quote from Pat Caddell about the media and the Polls. “This is what the media is willing to do, to try to elect her,” Caddell said. “This poll (Reuters) is nothing but a part of a media offensive. In the 45 years since I was a child, in top-level p**********l campaigns, I have never seen the media on such a jihad, and so involved in hiding facts, and not following up. This is a crisis of democracy, what the press is now doing.” Note: Caddell has been a Democratic “operative” his entire adult life.

The Obama administration and other Democratic administrations are ramping up their efforts to elect Hillary by direct action or by pandering to special interest groups:
Terry McAuliffe, Governor of Virginia restored, by executive order, the v****g rights of 200,000 convicted felons.
Jeh Johnson signed an order giving legal status to everyone in the U.S. who says that they came here after 2012 from Syria. This allows them to get a driver’s license and be eligible for welfare (with a driver’s license you can r******r to v**e).
California is issuing driver’s licenses to i******s.
The DOJ (Department of Injustice under Obama) continues to battle states over v**er ID laws.
Obama is stepping up his efforts to pardon/commute the sentences of prisoners in Federal prisons (214 on august 2}.

Special interest groups are so emboldened by Obama, Hillary, and the Democrats outreach to them that they are growing in size, the number of groups is increasing and their demands are becoming even more unreasonable. There is now a “Black Lives Movement” that claims to be an umbrella group for all the other “Movements”, like B*M and they just issued their “platform” of demands. It includes things like s***e r********ns, the decriminalization of drug and sex crimes (and consequent release of people in jail for these crimes), and the elimination of police departments.

Every day we learn more about how incompetent, lying and corrupt the Obama Administration is. $400 million to Iran that they claim was not ransom. The BATF is ILLEGALLY maintaining gun owner personal information (preparing for gun confiscation?). Obama is pardoning Federal prisoners at record rates, and he still has 5 months left in office. Look at Bill and Hillary’s record. Hillary will make things even worse in America.

Obama did say one thing that turned out to be true. On October 31, 2008 Obama said, “we are five days away from fundamentally changing America”.
Expect the Trump bashing and fawning over Hillary to ramp up and the “noise” from the special interest groups to get louder everyday between now and the e******n.

This e******n will be decided based on v**er turnout. Choose wisely and V**E!

Late in the week, before the Democratic National Convention, WikiLeaks released copies of hacked Democratic National Committee emails reconfirming that key Committee staff members actively worked to assure Hillary was the Democrat nominee (isn’t attempting to rig an e******n a Federal crime?). Due to the size of the document release analyst believe more damaging information will be discovered over the next few days.

The day before “day one” of the Democratic National Convention (DNC), disaster strikes as information about the Democratic National Committee’s activities become “news” with some media. Turmoil erupts inside and outside the convention hall. The number of protesters increase and they become loud outside the convention hall and Debbie Wasserman Shultz is pressured to resign as Democratic National Committee chair. She agrees to resign after the convention and will only officially open and close the convention. Hillary blames the problems on Russian hackers, ignoring the criminal actions of the Democratic National Committee staff. Hillary also claims in a TV interview that she had no knowledge of the Committee staff’s efforts to rig the primary e******n for her. Hillary publicly announces her support for Shultz and then doubles down by announcing that she has hired Shultz to be co-chair of her national campaign.
Clearly the final analysis of this DNC shows that it was undeniably un-patriotic, anti-military, anti-police, with an attack Trump and Republicans theme. It can only be described as unethical and worse, un-American! This convention did not bring the Democratic Party together, much less America.

As noted above Hillary changes her positions on issues more often than she changes her pants suits. “Presto” on the last night of the convention, just before Hillary’s acceptance speech, U.S. F**gs, chants of U.S.A., a hero soldiers Muslin parents and a retired Four Star General endorsing Hillary appear at the convention (some in the audience attempted to shout down the General and the veterans on stage with him by chanting, “no more wars”).

Based on what is happening in the Democratic Party, the continued existence of some “never Trump” Republicans, the disenchanted Independents and the surprising number of “New” v**ers all confirm a rising level of anger in America and a willingness to express it. Turmoil in the U.S. e*****rate is definitely growing.

History has proven repeatedly that when the level of anger in a population reaches a certain point the population “revolts”. It appears that the “revolution” we are beginning to see will not be a “quiet” one. For many months now, everywhere I go I hear people talk, at times loudly and angrily, about politics. Places like the Gym, Dr. and hospital waiting rooms, the place where the locals stop in the morning for a cup of coffee and a biscuit and at other retail businesses. There has always been some level of political discussion in public places but I have never seen it at this level and certainly not as polarized. Many of these people are unshakable in their beliefs and a surprising number, of all ages insist they are going to v**e for the first time in their lives (the blue collar males in this group and their spouse/family members are overwhelmingly Trump supporters). Hopefully this “Revolution” will not involve guns, but I am not sure that will be the case based on the level of anger and volatility I am seeing and hearing every day.

When I look at everything that happened this week I am even more convinced that Trump will be President, maybe by a v**e in the U.S. House like I wrote about last week. Regardless of what Bernie, Gary Johnson, or Jill Stein do the e******n will come down to Hillary or Trump and Hillary cannot be President! America is on its last step into Socialism/C*******m and there is no doubt that Hillary will take us there. As with most Democratic societies America basically has a two party political system. Other parties have participated in our national e******ns from time to time with minimal effect in most cases. Ross Perot was a rare exception to this situation when he took more v**es from President Bush (41) than he did from Clinton.

All indications now are that candidates for parties other than the Democrat and Republican parties will have an even bigger effect on this e******n than Ross Perot did in his run for President in 1992. The current levels of d******eness, turmoil and anger in America are so high that we will probably see P**********l candidates from the Libertarian and Green Party prevent the Democrat and Republican party candidates from getting 270 E*******l College v**es, so the President will not be chosen during the general e******n. The Obama Administration has deliberately brought us to this place in America with his “Divide and Destroy” strategy for “fundamentally changing America”. I covered the Obama “divide and destroy” strategy in detail in my article last week.

Since Hillary became the pre-ordained Democratic Party candidate the levels of d******eness, turmoil, and anger in America have increased. She is one of the most d******e candidates in history. On an almost daily basis I hear or read reports of her saying things that are simply not true, and in some instances are irrational. As an example a recent video she made to be played at a meeting of hard Left Progressives. In the video Hillary said that in her first 30 days in office she will issue executive orders and use Government agencies to limit money in politics, which is unconstitutional. She will also propose a Constitutional Amendment to limit money in politics (apparently she does not even understand how you amend our Constitution). I have followed her political career over the years and I have been amazed every time I heard someone say something like, “yes I know she cannot be trusted” or, “yes I know she is a bad person”, “but I am still going to v**e for her”. Or even worse when I hear people angrily deny that she is a liar or cannot be trusted. I detailed how Hillary’s behavior has been questionable during her entire adult life in a recent article.

With Hillary and Trump being the Democrat and Republican nominees, and Bernie (an avowed Socialist) almost being the Democrat nominee, it opens up the possibility for Gary Johnson and Jill Stein to have an impact on the P**********l e******n process. We just got two more reasons why most Bernie supporters will support candidates other than Hillary or simply not v**e. The reasons are her se******n of Kaine as her running mate and the latest wikileaks document release. Kaine is an “establishment” Democrat with strong ties to Wall Street and the new wikileaks documents reconfirm that the DNC r****d the Democrat primary for Hillary. Bernie supporters are planning to protest at the DNC this week.

If no Candidate earns 270 E*******l College v**es, the U. S. House of Representatives will elect the President and the U.S. Senate elects the Vice president.
The US House of Representatives chooses the President with each state having only one v**e (the representatives do not get an individual v**e). The House will consider only the three candidates who got the most v**es in the general e******n.

The US Senate chooses the Vice President with each Senator casting a single v**e for one of the two candidates who got the most v**es.
Regardless of what happens to the House and Senate in this General E******n the Constitutionally required time period for them to choose the President and Vice President means it will be the current Republican House and Senate that elect the President and Vice President. Trump will be President and Pence will be Vice President.

Remember, the next President will choose replacements for 3 to 5 of the 9 Supreme Court Justices! That will determine what America will be like for future generations.

There is an old saying that almost always proves to be true, “timing is everything”. Regarding Obama’s legacy it is absolutely true. He could not have stepped into politics at a more perfect time to accomplish his primary objective in life, which was to “fundamentally change America”. Everything was in place and there was unlimited support for him to accomplish his goal at a level far beyond his wildest dreams. I am sure that Obama, the text book pathological narcissist, probably believes that he single handedly accomplished the destruction of America as we knew it. He was the public face of the “t***sformation of America”, but it was not him alone that accomplished it.

President Johnson actually began to lay the foundation for “where we are in America today” in the 1960s. He was a master politician whose every move was politically motivated. His civil rights programs were carefully calculated with one objective in mind, to dramatically expand the permanent Democrat v**er base.

Fast forward to Jimmy Carter, who unwittingly added another plank to the foundation, that President Johnson started building. The “plank” was the CRA (Community Revitalization Act). However Carter was so inept that the Act had no effect during his one term as President (that was not the case with Bill Clinton).

Next, fast forward to Bill Clinton’s two terms as President. This is where the real foundation for Obama’s “fundamental change” was actually put in place. Obama could not have accomplished his goal at the level that he has, without Slick Willie’s actions when he was president (I am sure that Obama would never admit that). Like President Johnson, Clinton was a master politician. Everything he did was carefully calculated and politically motivated. Most of Clinton’s legacy remained in place throughout President Bush’s time in office primarily because of 9/11, which happened 7 months and 21 days after President Bush was sworn in (with the weakest national defense capability imaginable, thanks to Clinton’s policies). President Bush was way too busy rebuilding our national defense capabilities, fighting terrorism and then dealing with the collapse of the U.S. economy caused by the ‘housing bubble bust” to spend any time trying to root hard left ideologues out of Government agencies. Note: The housing bubble was created by Clinton and then put on steroids by him in 1997 when he issued the executive order making it legal to package the sub-prime loans and sell them as securities (this is what ultimately destroyed the U.S. economy).

And then along comes Obama. “Timing is everything”! The most corrupt and America hating President in history is sworn in during a very difficult time in America, which could conveniently be blamed on President Bush (43) regardless of the facts. Obama did inherit the aftermath of 911 and a near collapse of our economy. However, instead of trying to fix America’s devastating problems Obama and the Democrats began to use them as justification to “change” America to be more to their liking.

It should also be noted that during President Bush’s last two years in office the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate were controlled by the Democrats, which continued during Obama’s first two years in office. What this means is that President Bush was prevented from accomplishing anything by a veto proof Congress during his last two years in office and Obama could have basically done anything he wanted to during his first two years in office (all he got out of that monopoly was “Obamacare”).

As I watched Obama during most of his first term I was shocked at how inept he seemed to be, how absolutely arrogant he was, how much disdain he had for the rule of law and how much he despised the U.S. Constitution. It was late in his first term that I began to realize that he was somewhat inept but was actually intelligent. It was his total arrogance that made him less effective at achieving his goals, not a lack of intelligence. This absolute arrogance also made it harder for his “handlers” to figure out how to work with him to accomplish his/their objectives. It was late in his first term when Obama, his sycophant supporters and his “:handlers” began to come together and Obama’s “Divide and Destroy” strategy began to come together.

Thanks to Bill Clinton and Democrats in Congress (with little to no objections by rino Republicans) Obama inherited government agencies that were, at least to some degree ideologically driven. Immediately after he was sworn in Obama and his liberal supporters started building on this Clinton legacy. Early in Obama’s first term it was undeniable that the DOJ had become the most criminal DOJ in history. Immediately after that the BATF (Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms) and the IRS joined that list. Later in Obama’s 1st term it became obvious that every Federal Government agency was staffed with and being run by Left leaning Ideologies intent on carrying out Obama’s agenda. This included the FCC (Federal Communication Commission), the FEC (Federal E******n Commission), the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and every other Government agency. Think about the total power all these agencies have when they are all focused on the same illegal agenda! This is especially true with Obama, his “handlers” and his supporters being fully aware of this power and taking full advantage of it. The 1st And 2nd Amendments were and are their primary targets. When these fall none of the other Amendments will matter. One example of this is the Democratic National Committee 2016 party platform. One “plank” in the platform specifies that the DOJ should pursue Federal criminal charges against “c*****e c****e deniers” (ignore the 1st Amendment)!

We are now 7 and ½ years into Obama’s time in office and America could not be more fractured than it is now. Not only is America openly divided on almost every issue imaginable, the divisions are literally at extremes. All indications are that during his last 6 months in office Obama will be even more aggressive in his obsessive drive to “fundamentally change America”.

Et Yes I do, Thanks. That is why I would laugh at them so deeply, except that they v**e, which is scary. I also find that when people respond like the two above did they did not actually read the article, just the title.

Obama was elected for two reasons. One was the color of his skin, the first black U.S. President, history was made. The second was that the America h**ers recognized that the timing was right for them to destroy America and he was the perfect “tool” for them to use to do it!

Under Obama we have become so Politically Correct (PC) we cannot function, our economy is destroyed, our allies do not trust us, our enemies laugh at us and taunt us, our Government functions at a minimal level at best, lawlessness is rampant, especially in many of our major cities and even in most Federal Government agencies, and our state of readiness militarily is at an all time low. The America h**ers have actually been steadily chipping away at the very fabric of American life for about 50 years. All their efforts have been carefully orchestrated with time on their side. They were perfectly willing to experience a minor setback from time to time as long as they got what they wanted in the end. And then along came Obama, an America hating man totally without a conscious. Everything he has done as an adult confirms that.
Let’s begin with Obama’s college years. Where are his college records? Why are they sealed? What are they hiding? Who spends a fortune (of other people’s money) having their college records sealed and keeping them sealed?

After college Obama claims that he was a Constitutional law professor. In fact he was only a part time lecturer who spent most of his time writing a book about himself.

Obama was a Saul Alinsky disciple and close friends with Bill Ayers. Some sources say that it was Bill Ayers who actually made Obama’s book readable and ready to be published while Obama became a community organizer. Saul Alinsky was the person responsible for creating the destructive community organizer movement in America. Bill Ayers was a member of the radical ”Weather Underground” group in the late 60’s and early 70’s. He went underground to escape prosecution for his part in several terrorist bombings the group did, re-emerged and became a tenured college professor!
During all his time in Chicago after college Obama sat in Reverend Jeremiah Wright’s extremely radical, “God Damn America” church almost every Sunday.
Obama’s first step into politics was when he “finagled” an Illinois Senate seat, where he did very little except plan his next move to the U.S. Senate.
After Obama made it to the U.S. Senate, he again did very little except plan his P**********l run. When he did make a speech or v**e it was always an anti-Bush media show.

During Obama’s first P**********l run every America h**er pilled on and threw truckloads of money at him. And the main stream media enthusiastically signed on. “Fundamentally Change America” became their Holy Grail. Ethics, rules, facts or laws were not to be an impediment in any way.

As soon as he was elected Obama openly displayed a level of arrogance that is not fitting to the office of the President of the United States of America. During his first term, in one of his extremely rare bi-partisan white house meetings Obama said to John McCain, “e******ns have consequences, I won”. Immediately after his second e******n he moved from “fundamentally changing America” to “we are going to punish our enemies and reward our friends”.
After Obama was sworn in his promised “most t***sparent administration in history” became the most secretive and blatantly corrupt administration in history.

Obama appointed total sycophants to every p**********lly appointed position in the Federal Government, preferably as America hating and lacking in ethics as he was. He even created some new positions like a lot of new Whitehouse Czars. Some of the Obama administration’s appointments have actually been members of the Muslim Brotherhood. Many state and local governments and Democratic Party organizations immediately followed Obama’s lead (Baltimore).
Throughout his two terms Obama continued to appoint people who he could depend on to blindly carry out his agenda, including illegal recess appointments. Additionally there is no end to the budgets, maximum allowable salaries and even bonuses for everyone who successfully plays Obama’s game (VA and IRS are examples). If anyone fails to publicly and blindly do what Obama wants they are “out” instantly. If anyone displeases Obama he does not hesitate to throw them “under the buss”. And God help a “whistle blower” no matter what the situation, in spite of specific Federal laws protecting them

It is hard to imagine how one person could do so much wrong and never once be charged with a crime. Even worse she was elected to the U.S. Senate, was nominated to be Secretary of State and confirmed to be Secretary of State by the U.S. Senate. Now she is about to be “anointed” the President of the United States of America by the Democratic National Committee and Obama, in spite of the fact that she is the subject of two FBI criminal investigations. One of the investigations is about her illegal use of an unsecured private server to conduct Official Government business and the other is an investigation into the activities of the Clinton Foundation. However Obama’s recent enthusiastic public endorsement of her to be President proves that he has ordered the DOJ to refuse to file any charges against her no matter how strong a case the FBI presents to the DOJ

Many people refer to Hillary as the “devil”, with good reason.

Hillary began her irrational, head first dive into politics during her college years when she became a disciple of Saul Alinsky. For those of you who are not familiar with Alinsky he was the father of the radical community organizer movement in America. Hillary’s senior thesis in college was about him. Obama was also an Alinsky disciple.

Over the years a lot of what has been written about Hillary, from a wide variety of unrelated sources, confirms that she is totally irrational and has an explosive temper. Some of her long, loud, profanity laced, and at times physical, attacks on Bill behind closed doors at the White House were so bad that the Secret Service agents on duty were concerned about how to protect the President from the First Lady.

Anyone who has watched her interviews or speeches, even on a limited basis has to admit that she “changes her story” from one moment to the next (lies).

Hillary was fired from her first job right out of law school, working for the Watergate Special Prosecutor for lying and evidence tampering (a crime).
When some of her activities at the Rose Law firm in Arkansas were questioned critical files mysteriously disappeared. The obviously altered files reappeared on a bed side table in one of the White House bedrooms when the investigation ended.

There was also her extraordinarily successful, one time cattle futures trade.

When White House Deputy Counsel Vince Foster committed suicide, under what many say were questionable circumstances, Hillary’s Chief of Staff, Margaret Williams literally walked around the Secret Service agent assigned to guard his office until appropriate investigators could get there and removed boxes of files.

“Travelgate” was an irrational and illegal Hillary disaster. It was a failed attempt to award White House travel office positions to personal friends.

Everything in the White House except for personal things the First Family brings with them is public property. Much of it is very valuable (like the antique vase Hillary broke into many pieces when she threw it at Bill). Hillary took items with her when they moved out of the White House and had to return them.

After they left the White House the Clinton’s immediately set out to clean up Bill’s reputation, establish his legacy, set Hillary up to be President, and amass a personal fortune. Nothing was off limits in their efforts to accomplish all these goals. This is when Hillary first began to make her obsessive drive for PERSONAL money and power (she will never have enough of either). She immediately began her carefully orchestrated plan to become a U.S. Senator from New York, which was supposed to be her stepping stone to becoming President. Just prior to becoming a Senator (while it was still legal?) she closed a deal for an $8,000,000 book advance.

As soon as Hillary was sworn in as a U.S. Senator she began to do what almost all senators do. She worked at becoming friends with all the other senators, avoided doing anything that may appear to be controversial, fund raised and planned for her p**********l run. However, unlike the other Senators dreaming about being President, she was supposed to be preordained. And then another Alinsky disciple came along and took the Presidency from her! But Hillary was not to be denied the Presidency. She simply moved on to a new plan to replace Obama as president and joined Bill in his efforts to turn the Clinton Foundation into an international money machine.

Hillary’s new plan to be president actually worked out better than her initial one. It gave the Clinton’s an opportunity to cut an unbeatable deal with Obama. Hillary became Secretary of State, which added to her resume and allowed the Clinton’s to turn the Clinton Foundation into an international money machine on steroids! In exchange the Clinton’s agreed to help make sure Obama got reelected and Hillary would be assured the Presidency in 2016.

Everything Hillary did as Sec of State was deliberate and coldly calculated to facilitate and cover up her illegal and treasonous activities regardless of the damage she did to America or how much she put America at risk.

Obama has done what may be unrepairable damage to America economically and put us at an extreme level of risk for more and bigger terrorist attacks here and abroad. HILLARY WILL BE WORSE IN BOTH CATEGORIES!

There has been a lot written about these three people and their lifetime in the Democratic Party; however there has not been that much written about how different they are individually. A close look at the history of each of these people confirms that they have similar ideologies, personal interest and desires but they also have “extraordinary differences”. All three have personal agendas and are self-absorbed. However all three are very different regarding their personal agendas, how committed they are to their agendas, how far they will go to carry out their agendas and how self-absorbed they are
History will probably refer to President Clinton as one of the smartest and “slickest” politicians in American history. He is a man who always seemed to be driven, maybe even obsessed, with two things, v**es and being “popular” with everyone. Throughout his political career he could, and did move to the Left or Right of center politically any time he sensed public opinion changing on any subject, and he did it successfully (hence the nick name “Slick Willy”). He did this for v**es for himself and his party, but also to feed his insatiable need to be “popular”. He was truly a politician who needed to be a “people’s man”, however.one of his well-known weaknesses is his inability to control “certain personal impulses”.

The bottom line for President Clinton is that he did do significant long term damage to America during his time in office. However I believe history has shown that he did it for the reasons detailed above, for v**es for himself and his party and to be “popular with the people”. Even with these desires driving his actions and thoughts while he was in office he never did anything to indicate that he had any malice toward anyone and certainly none toward America.
Obama does embrace the same Left leaning Ideologies as the Clintons. However that is where the “similarities” end. As a person he is the absolute polar opposite of “Slick Willy”. One of the most glaring differences is how they feel about people in general. President Clinton has a “need” to be popular with the people. Obama has an even stronger “need” to be an “Imperial or Supreme Ruler” that is on a level well above everyone else in every way! According to Charles Krauthammer (who is an accomplished Psychologist) Obama is an extreme example of a “pathological narcissist”. His obsessive use of the two words “I’ and “My” are text book symptoms of this mind set.

Unlike President Clinton, Obama’s ideology is extreme with no willingness to negotiate or modify his positions. He also has little to no regard for rules, ethics, or laws. He actually revels in flaunting his Administration’s total disregard for them.
Obama openly has no regard for the long term damage his actions are doing to America and the world. In fact practically everything he says and does indicates that he has a deep seated and open malice toward America and everyone who does not embrace him as being a “Supreme Ruler”. He even flaunts an arrogant indifference to the Democratic Party that he is supposed to be leading, the party that elected him to the office of the President of the United States of America.

And last but not least we have Hillary, otherwise known by many people as the “devil”. On the surface she does pretend to embrace her husband’s ideology and love for people. However a careful look at her history reveals that her nickname, the “devil” is well deserved.

Like her husband, Hillary moves to the Right or Left of center regarding her policies. However, unlike her husband, she does it more often then she changes her pant suits. Consequently.it is obvious to the most casual observer that she is doing that purely for political reasons. This makes her the opposite of her husband regarding her ability to be an effective campaigner.

Hillary does resemble Obama in her total disregard for rules, ethical standards and laws and her tendencies to be a “pathological narcissist”. However, unlike Obama, she does make some effort to hide that.

When you look at Hillary’s entire adult life it is obvious that she has failed to accomplish much of anything except to demonstrate that her total distain for the t***h and the rule of law is deeply ingrained in her DNA. Her history also indicates that she is obsessed with only two things, absolute power and endless personal wealth. She will never have enough of either.
President Clinton and Obama both did long term damage to America, but in somewhat different ways and based on different ideologues and personal interest. However Obama has done, and is still doing more damage, in more different ways than any President in history. A careful look at Hillary indicates she could be more disastrous for America than either one of them by simply adding to the damage done by Obama.

In most of my writing in the past I have referred to Obama as President Obama out of respect for the office of President of The United States of America. Based on his reactions to the Orlando Massacre, and his “kool aid” drinking supporter’s similar reactions, I cannot, will not do that again! They have not only been blatantly dishonest in their comments and actions, they have been insultingly disrespectful to the victims and their families and friends. Regarding Obama specifically he has been described as being “petulant” and behaving in a manner that is beneath anyone who occupies the office of President of the United States of America. Unfortunately this sort of behavior is “Standard Operating Procedure” for Obama and most of his supporters, but their behavior this week finally crossed a line that cannot be ignored. Even some of the people who usually insist that Obama can “do no wrong” and some members of the usually compliant media have acknowledged this.

It has been abundantly evident this week that the Obama Administration’s policy of “never let a crisis go to waste” has been in full effect. And to make matters worse, they no longer appear to make any effort to disguise their obsessive pursuit of absolute and permanent power, which requires the destruction of our Constitution.

Obama did multiple press conferences and speeches to rant about Republicans and guns. To quote Trump early in the week, “President Obama is madder at me than the terrorist”.

Obama did not even call the Governor of Florida to offer his condolences or offer any Federal assistance that was needed. The Governor is a Republican.
When Obama and “crazy uncle” Joe Biden did finally go to Orlando Obama used the occasion to rant about guns and Republicans. Sometimes I wonder if Obama actually has a conscious.

For those of you who are not fully aware of it there are more than enough gun laws on the books NOW to make America much safer. However if they were properly enforced it would negate the deliberate and blatant lies the “Left” constantly spew in their obsession with eliminating the 2nd Amendment. It is important to note here that the 2nd Amendment is not all the “Left” wants to destroy. However it is the only thing standing in the way of the destruction of the rest of the Constitution (think about that for a moment…). I do not recall who said it but there is a famous quote, “an unarmed population is a complaint population”. After the 2nd Amendment is destroyed then we will lose the 1st. Amendment. Remember the attempts to eliminate the 1st Amendment on certain college campuses recently? After the 1st and 2nd Amendments are eliminated then the rest really do not matter!

As noted above we already have all the guns laws on the books that we need. There are Federal limitations on purchasing guns from a licensed gun dealer anywhere outside the state where your legal residence is located. It is illegal to purchase a gun for someone else. ALL gun sales made by licensed gun dealers require valid, verifiable ID and an electronic background check (there is NO gun show loophole here). A licensed firearms dealer cannot sell you a gun over the phone or internet or ship a firearm directly to you if you are not a licensed dealer (there is NO internet sales loophole here). Multiple purchases of guns at the same time or in a short period of time are a red f**g on the electronic background check system. Felons cannot legally purchase or possess firearms. There are variations of some of these regulations state by state and in some cases in municipalities within states but as you can see it would be easy to reduce illegal gun possession and gun violence if our government wanted that to happen. Two perfect examples of this are all the criminals walking around with guns. “Stop and frisk” and hard jail time would solve that problem. Another is the illegal cross state gun sellers the “Left” loves to scream about. Red f**gs from electronic background checks for multiple purchases would solve that problem. As previously noted if the Government did these simple things it would lose the basis for its efforts to destroy the 2nd Amendment

Until I began to study this subject I did not think about “Political Correctness” being a powerful political tool for many decades until it clearly began to be used that way in America. It actually has roots in Marxism and C*******m. There are references to it being used by Marxist and Hitler to brain wash people into not just believing in their Ideology but to ”rise up” and fight for it. Ideologues, young people, and the “have nots” were the usual target audiences (sound familiar?).

This is not the first time I have noted and written about how America began to be manipulated in the 60’s to become what we are today. There did need to be changes made in America during the 60’s. There was, and still is a lot of focus on r****m in the South at that time. This was highlighted by Bull Conner, the Commissioner of Public Safety in Birmingham, Alabama. He ordered the use of fire hoses and police attack dogs to deny civil rights to people of color, including children. However, open discrimination of one form or another was taking place all over America at that time. This made America an easy target for the ideologues that believed they had a mission and were willing to go to any extreme to carry it out. Bill Ayers is a perfect example. He was a co-founder of the “Weather Underground” in the late 60’s. This was a radical off shoot group of the “Students for a Democratic Society (SDS)”. The new group was C*******t ideology inspired and willing to, and did use violence to attempt to achieve their goals. When the FBI linked them to several bombings in the U.S. Bill went into hiding. He resurfaced later and became a tenured college professor! In recent years he has appeared on shows like Megyn Kelly’s, where he admitted to being part of that radical group and their activities and said that he “did not do enough”. He recently did a live television interview during one of the first violent r**ts at a Trump rally.

Unfortunately people like Bill Ayers are not solely responsible for America becoming so “P.C.” and dysfunctional. Many of the people who were elected or appointed to positions of authority in America have played a much larger role in this frightening t***sition. The Obama Administration, especially Eric Holder and the DOJ have aggressively put the final nails in our Republic’s proverbial coffin. As they do this they are openly as lawless as Bill Ayers and his “Weather Underground” was, and flaunt it to a mostly compliant media and a political opposition that makes little to no effort to stop them. I detailed this in my recent writing, “The Department of injustice”.

The organized protest during the Obama Administration have shown an increasing tendency to use violence to try and achieve their goals or simply because they can do it with little to no fear of prosecution. To these people the 1st Amendment is only useful for trampling on the 1st Amendment rights of people they do not agree with!

In the 60’s and 70’s many of the organized protest did seem to have at least some semblance of reason or meaning behind them. As I look at many of the protest today I actually find it hard to understand how the protesters, including their “leaders” and/or “spokespersons”: could be so irrational and unreasonable. Unfortunately in today’s political environment irrational thinking and unreasonable demands by organized groups seems to be the norm, not the exception. This has peaked during Obama’s presidency. He and his liberal supporters have been so obsessed with making America become P.C. that they have taken our country to the point where we are experiencing a collapse of authority and the destruction of 1st amendment rights.

And now we have Orlando, June 11/12, 2016, and I saw a Democrat state representative hold a press conference before all the bodies had been recovered or identified, and blame it on GUNS, BULLET MAGAZINES and GUN SHOW LOOPHOLES! Unfortunately for her these ridiculous and untimely accusations had nothing to do with this act of terror. The shooter was a state licensed armed security guard since 2007, in spite of being investigated by the FBI as a security risk in 2013 and again in 2014! Not a mention by her of radical terrorism even though the terrorist called 911 to express his loyalty to ISIS!

Obama, Hillary, Bernie and every Liberal that can get close to a microphone is loudly calling for new gun bans, blaming the NRA and refusing to even say the words “Islamic Terrorist” or “Radical Islamist”.

We do not need to return to the days of Bull Conner: but we desperately need to return to the “rule of law” in America, not a final rush into anarchy!
We must save what is left of our Republic in November!
