Okay, fine, so who is the who that he is talking about? The vast majority of Muslim refugees come out of Syria. Is Assad giving us his worst people and how is he sorting through them to tell who's good and who's bad. Or is Trump talking about Mexicans? If so then again, who is the who he is talking about?

We don't want ANY Muslims. They are all required by their 'book' to support Sharia Law which is totally incompatible with our Constitution. Let them move to somewhere that supports their religious and governmental laws. That place is NOT the United States of America.

Judge Napolitano says James Comey is responsible for Hillary being let off the hook

Judge Napolitano says James Comey is responsible for Hillary being let off the hook Gage Skidmore / CCL; Brookings Institution / CCL

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton should have been found criminally culpable in 2016. By letting Clinton escape charges, and lying to the American people, former FBI Director James Comey did his country a disservice.

Fox News obtained Comey’s original draft statement in the email investigation, and the evidence indicates that it was heavily altered to reduce Hillary Clinton’s culpability. On Wednesday, Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano made the case that Comey was ultimately ‘responsible’ for letting Hillary Clinton off the hook.

Fox News reported:

In an early draft, Comey said it was “reasonably likely” that “hostile actors” gained access to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email account. That was changed later to say the scenario was merely “possible.”

Another edit showed language was changed to describe the actions of Clinton and her colleagues as “extremely careless” as opposed to “grossly negligent.” This is a key legal distinction.

Comey liable

Although the alternations are clearly shown, there’s one thing that isn’t clear — who edited Comey’s original statement to tilt everything in Clinton’s favor.

Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano said it doesn’t matter who did the actual editing. Whether it was Comey or someone else in the FBI or within the Department of Justice, he could still be held liable.

Judge Nap: It Doesn’t Matter Who Made Edits to Clinton Statement, Comey’s Responsible

Fox News has obtained documents that reveal then-FBI Director James Comey’s draft statement on the Hillary Clinton email investigation was heavily edited before his public announcement, in ways that seemed to significantly water down the bureau’s findings.

“He is responsible for it, he was the director of the FBI,” Napolitano said on “Special Report.” “I also don’t think it matters the ideological predilections of the editor. The person who signed it, the person who delivered it is responsible for it.”

Napolitano added that from a legal standpoint, “extremely careless” and “grossly negligent” can be used interchangeably. Although “extremely careless” is the legal standard, that phrase is often defined in jury instruction as “extremely careless.” But in this case, Comey’s use of the phrase was deceptive.

“He attempted to pull the wool over the eyes of the American public, and for a while, he succeeded,” Napolitano said.

He said that Comey’s statement was wrong factually as well as how the law applied to the facts. Napolitano added that as FBI director, it wasn’t his role to make recommendations on criminal culpability.

“The job of the FBI is not to decide whom to prosecute, but to present the evidence to professional prosecutors in the DOJ and let them make the decision. He took that away from them,” Napolitano said.

Think of Clinton as the big fish that got away. As tempting as it is to prosecute the former secretary of state, only in “Banana Republics” will you find winners of e******ns imprisoning the losers.

Comey, however, is another fish altogether.

How about selling access to the State Department for millions of dollars? She is guilty of a half dozen or more serious and treasonous crimes. She needs to be prosecuted to send a message to the next super corrupt politician that criminal behavior will NOT be tolerated in the U.S. by high level politicians. Just because you ran for President does NOT mean you have legal immunity.

I believe it's a different economy. San Diego relied heavily on the U.S. Navy and to a lesser degree the Marines in the late 50s and early 60s. Also, California was a different place then. Back then we were all Americans and political parties were like like ice cream. Some liked vanilla and some liked strawberry but nobody really cared what you preferred. Certainly not like today. The larger cities in California are now populated with folks who dislike the military. It wasn't always that way. I bought my first handgun in San Diego, a S&W model 28. I open carried it in town. It was not a problem... then.

The heat is different. When I got stationed at MCAAS Yuma, when I stepped off the bus from San Diego, I felt like I was standing in front of a fire. That minute was the hottest I had ever been. However I learned to like the heat and ended up returning to Arizona permanently years later. I missed the climate and I loved the freedom. No need for three permits to get a handgun like in New York State.

After getting all of Pope Francis' luggage loaded into the limo at the airport, the driver notices the Pope is still standing on the curb.

"Excuse me, Your Holiness," says the driver, "Would you please take your seat in the car so we can leave?"

'Well, to tell you the t***h," says the Pope, "they never let me drive at the Vatican and I'd really like to drive today."

"I'm sorry, Your Holiness, but I cannot let you do that. I'd lose my job! What if something should happen?" protests the driver, wishing he'd never gone to work that morning.

"Who's going to tell?" asks the Pope with a smile.

Reluctantly, the driver gets in the back as the Pope climbs in behind the wheel.

The driver quickly regrets his decision when, after exiting the airport, the Pontiff floors it, accelerating the limo to 105 mph.

"Please slow down, Your Holiness," pleads the worried driver, but the Pope keeps the pedal to the metal until they hear sirens.

"Oh, dear God, I'm going to lose my license-- and my job!", moans the driver.

The Pope pulls over and rolls down the window as the cop approaches;but the cop takes one look at him, goes back to his motorcycle, and gets on the radio.

"I need to talk to the Chief,"he says to the dispatcher

The Chief gets on the radio and the cop tells him that he's stopped a limo going 105 mph.

"So bust him,"says the Chief.

"I don't think we want to do that. He's really important," said the cop.

The Chief exclaimed,"All the more reason!"

"No, I mean really important,
"said the cop with a bit of persistence.

The Chief then asked,
"Who do you have there, the mayor?"

Cop:"Bigger."

Chief: "A senator?"

Cop: "Bigger."

Chief: "The President?"

Cop: "Bigger."

"Well," said the Chief, "who is it?"

Cop: "I think it's God!"

The Chief is even more puzzled and curious,
"What makes you think it's God?"

Cop: "His chauffeur is the Pope!
