Biden ain't smart . He just had help covering up his illegal shinanigans. Senators have no reason to have classified top secret documents laying around in multiple locations. Shouldn't this have been investigated further? How many more might he have taken and given to our enemies? If no one was aware he had them there is no telling how many he had. And why? Even vice presidents don't have a right to keep classified documents. Just because he gave some back doesn't mean he didn't break the law. When will he be indicted?1
