You posted "sermons" that should be preached from every pulpit in the world, but especially in America, a country that was founded on Biblical principles, and especially the Ten Commandments.

But regardless of all religious arguments, just hard cold common sense can tell us that living according to the Commandments would be good for all involved. Some say it commands a blessing. Maybe it's time for us to try it for a while and see what happens.

This is a good post. Thank you.

But understand I'm kind of taking a "Boondock Saints" approach. The movie was about Irish vigilantes getting street justice, however, they do bring up a very valid point.

This point is really simple, every culture, every religion, every society, every nation had at least three laws that are common to all, that is thou shalt not murder, though shalt not commit adultery, and thou shalt not steal.

What profit is there in conducting yourself or your people in murdering another people? What profit is there in destroying people, rather than making peace so that all benefit?

However, when a people, usually a small group, becomes so seduced in the brutality of a blood thirst, then that people is a danger to the world at large. There is no compromise or sharing of ideas for a common benefit.

If the disagreement is so tainted by acts of intolerance to the point of murder and savagery, then the intolerance becomes a wall that should be made to change or be destroyed. The Hatfields and McCoys are an example of both intolerance and peace. And if t***h be told, that is one family today. But the feud is now an element of legend.

The feud should then be remembered as an example of how to find peace.

In the case of Hamas, Hezbollah, and the other S**ttee Muslim Iranian proxies, intolerance has become the reason for the savagery and barbarism.

As a Christian, the foolish notion of the Muslims declaring that the "Almighty gives us the infidel to do with as they please" falls apart with the fourth crusade, the attack on Constantinople. This attack was done by the Knights Templar for the abandonment of the Eastern Catholic Church by not sending reinforcements to Solomons Temple allowing for the murder of Templars in the Temple by the Muslims.

After the sack of Constantinople, the ottoman turks would then conquer the city and rename Istanbul. This would.mark the end of the.philosophy, the sword and the Bible, in philosophy, but physically with the Conquistadors it would continue until the American condition would put an end to it through the American Indian Wars. By the end of the 1950s until roughly the 1980s, the philosophy of the sword and the Bible would be dead. Dead for all intended purposes.

But the scars.of that midevial philosophy would rear its ugly head in the progressive movements originating in the 1800s and plaguing the later part of the 1900s until today. It was wrong when we stood against conservatives when they practiced intolerance, it's just as wrong when liberals do it, which is just as wrong when progressives do it. Now, the midevial thought process, resonates in the Muslim community. But still, it is just as wrong.

The solution to Israel and Palestine is the same solution that is realized through the Hatfields and McCoys. Then the feud would stop. However, Iran would be out of business if that solution comes to be. So Iran is fueling this problem.

Stop Iran, and peace in the middle east may dawn.

Very well said! I pray for jews every day and also for palestinians.

No matter what the argument is, it is unacceptable in the civilized world to slaughter, and rape civilians, it is a clear violation of international law and rules of war.

Arguments of philosophy can get heated at times, and sometimes humans take matters into thier own hands and violence is a result. I understand that. I also understand that according to Harvard Rules of Debate, that when the argument bursts into violence from one side or the other, the instigator loses the debate.

This was shown 8 years ago in 2016 when I saw Donald Trump win debate after debate because he argued the issues rather than resorting to active action or physical action against his opponents. Using his debates as an example, the minute Hamas attacked civilians for thier cause they lost thier argument. Then as they excelled in brutality of the attacks they further amplified thier crime against humanity.

To k**l to save a life, is justified. But to murder and rape for the purpose of terror or genocide is a crime. To gain justice for that crime, Israel must seek out and destroy those responsible.

For the UN to condone such actions of Hamas, and hold Isael back from executing justice, is a failure of the human race. When a people becomes so rabbit that they resort to the greatest crimes of humanity, that group or people should by t***h be treated like the savages they are, an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.

How can anyone, look at a baby and k**l them in an oven? How can anyone be consumed with so much h**e that they behead a child? How can an honorable soldier be so consumed that the solder rapes and slaughters the parents?

If people would read the book of Enoch they will find that the Supreme God, the Holy of Holies, forced the angels to watch as thier offspring k**l each other off, before imprisoning them into Hades or Hell. Never to see the light of day, until the final judgement day.

Hamas has followed the same judgement against the Jews by involving themselves into the slaughter, being the executioners. This was not warranted by the Supreme God, the Creator Almighty. Therefore they created a taboo sin, that was worse than that of the Angels who are now devils, and thier off spring which are now demons. They followed thier example.

Such was the fate of the rebellious angels, such was the fate of thier off spring half man half angel, such was the fate of ancient empires that followed these demigods, such was the fate of Babylon, Sodom, Egypt, Assyria, Persia, Judah, and Samaria, Rome, napoleon France, as well as N**i Germany.

Whenever a civilization of man uses the worship of the demons as power, that civilization is doomed. Then when that civilization begins to worship the deities of old and ancient days they too will be cast into the lake of fire.

Why doesn't God act as He did in the past, in ancient days? Because since his law and Commandments are written in the hearts of men, God will wait for Man's judgment. If Man's jusgement is not just in conjunction with nature, then the judgment of the Lord will be swift and just.

God is waiting on man. What will man do? Will man, be just? Or will man, be so arrogant to stand against the Almighty? (Some will, at this point it's inevitable)

Therefore there will be two sides, and I, as a Catholic Christian, and an American, I stand with Israel!

Okay folks, let me talk about humanity at this point.

Moses received from God, Ten Commandments (ten rules) that humans in fidelity to God must live by they are:

"And God spoke all these words, saying:

1. “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage."
“You shall have no other gods before Me."

2. “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; You shall not bow down to them nor serve them."
"For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who h**e Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep"
"My commandments."

3. “You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain."

4. “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work:"
"you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates."
"For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it."

5. “Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your God is giving you."

6. “You shall not murder."

7. “You shall not commit adultery."

8. “You shall not steal."

9. “You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor."

10. “You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”

These "Ten Laws" are considered mortal sins, and a breach of the covenant of Man and God. This act is generally called a Sin, or a deliberate offense against God.

All societies, in all nations, in all of the world has in one form or another, these rules. The Abrahamic religions all agree on all ten of these rules. There is no viable excuse for the violation of any of these Laws. I have broken down these rules into three parts. The duty to God, The duty to Family and the Duty to Society. What is bolden in purple is man's duty to God. What is bolden in green is Man's duty to Family. What is written in bolden Blue is Man's duty to each other.

For the Creator of the Universe,
For the God of Israel,
For the Word of God,
It does not matter what group you belong to,
We all belong to Him!

With that being said, lets examine the first three commandments that is man's duty to his fellow man:

“You shall not murder."

The God who is the Holy of Holies,
The God who is the Creator of Heaven and Earth,
The Most Powerful God of all Creation,
Declared to his creature Man, "THOU SHALT NOT MURDER!"

There is one exception to the rule of murder and that is of Self-Defense or Self-Defense of family or country. There is also an exception for wrongful death.

Hamas on October 6th invaded Israel and murdered hundreds of peaceful Israeli citizens. This murder was conducted with the most evil brutality that the only way to describe it, would be to call Hamas, Savages or Barbarians.
Even Hamas, if they are truly Muslim, knows that Murder is not acceptable for any reason to include:

1. Murder in the name of Religion.
2. Murder in the name of Land.
3. Murder in the name of Riches, Money or Gold.

The Germans slaughtered Millions of Jews during the Holocaust. The German citizens were found guilty of this crime just as the members of the N**i party. However, the leaders of the N**i party, were put to death for leading their people into this genocide of the Jews. If Hamas is the ruling party of the Palestinian people, then the Palestinian people are responsible for their leaders, just like the German people were responsible for their leader Hitler. Just like the Japanese people were responsible for the emperor of Japan, just like the Italians were held responsible for Mussolini. But in the case of Mussolini, the Italian people rose up against that dictator, and earned forgiveness from the Allies.

What happened to the country of Germany after World War II?
The Allies broke the country up into two parts, East Germany and West Germany. They remained divided between C*******t Germany and Free Germany, until Ronald Reagan with the help of St. Pope John Paul, pressured Gorbachev to "tear down this wall". Gorbachev "tore down that wall" and Germany was once again unified, since 1945. That was the world punishment for Germany. This last nearly 70 years. Imagine what punishment Hamas should get and subsequently the Palestinians, for their Sin of Murder?

“You shall not commit adultery."
Now it is this commandment that has been challenged by many groups of human beings. However, the commandment is the command.

Adultery means the following:
1. Sex between a male and a female whereas,
a. The man is married and the woman is not
b. The woman is married and the man is not
c. The man and the woman is not married (fornication)
2. Sex between a father and a daughter or a mother and a son, or a brother and a sister. (incest)
3. Sex between a male and a male, or a female and a female (Sodomy)
4. Sex between a human and an animal (beastility)
5. Forced sex between a male and a female, or forced sex between a female and a male. (Rape).

Now the worst adultery is Rape, Incest, Sodomy, Beastility, and Adultery proper and Fornication. This is listed in order of severe to least severe. However, all of Adultery has the same punishment, and that punishment is death. This is because the punishment of Sin is death, and we shall all die due to our sins. However, like the Son of the living God has taught us, there is forgiveness of sin depending on the severity of the sin.

It is here, that Hamas has committed the worst of this sin, that is the sin of Rape. This was not only committed against the Israel people, but it was recorded and played back to the hostages to further intimidate them. Thus, in the end, not only is Hamas guilty of slaughtering the Jewish people, but is also guilty of Raping the women and children. to this point.

“You shall not steal."
“You shall not covet your neighbor’s house; you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor’s.”

Hamas has violated these two commandments by taking hostages to bargaining with. They use these hostages after they torture them and use psychological warfare against them. Thus, they are guilty at this point the violation of four commandments by the Law of Moses. Then Hamas makes its case against the world by Bearing false witness against thy neighbor This is appalling and a violation of international law as well as a violation of the rules of war.

To those who support Israel in this time:

Keep praying for the nation of Israel during this dark time. Soon the Lord, our God shall deal with this evil.
He shall do what man cannot or refuses to do, and that is render swift justice against those who deny Him.

To those who support Hamas

The facts are listed here as well as the accusation against the terrorist organization of Hamas. S**ttee Law, supports the Mosaic Code or the Law of Moses. However, S**ttee Law is more strict in the fidelidy to God, as the believers portray. And if they believe in the Law of Moses, as enforced by Muhammad then Hamas should be put to death for the crimes they committed.

As far as you who are not Hamas,
As far as you who support Hamas,
I say to you,
If you do not follow the Law of Moses, your fate shall be like that of the Israelis on October 6th, only worse.
The Law of Moses, as enforced by the S**ttees is brutal and long lasting which includes crucifixion as well as beheading.
Be careful of who you support, for that person or group, you shall support, shall one day, do to you, what they have done to others.

Those responsible for Oct 6, 2023 should suffer the same fate as the N**is, ISIS, and Solemoni. Death!

Religion goes out the window when;
Land disputes goes out the window when;
Financial disputes goes out the window when;
Brutal Slaughter is done from one group to another.

What say you?

Yes a wall would be partly effective.. it is a cost VS benefit idea..

boots on the ground info needs to be included with the big picture view and both considered.

Stop birth citizenship for i******s only.. That is a new twist for me.. I need to give it some thought.. I do not know if any of the other countries which have the birthright citizenship law uses that twist. Or even how the other countries law differs for the US law.

cracking down on those who hire i******s has long been an issue that is not enforced.. needs to get done..

Visa overstays should be a hot topic, but it is very difficult to make it happen.. no one has a sign on their head proclaiming the visa and the date it expires.

problem with stay in mexico... it has to be allowed by both counties.. Reciprocity.... Just imagine the US having to deal with all those trying to slip into Mexico from the US.. LOL.. should we simply force the policy via blackmail or something? And it was not a solution, only a delay, part of the problem we currently are dealing with..

Welfare,, your concern is understandable, but I think it means we need to raise the minimum wage.. We need people who can afford to spend money, keep our economy strong.

Teen jobs... this is a good one.. we had "work study" programs as well as jobs galoor that fit in well with teens time... newspaper boys, stocking shelves, Yard work, simple maintenance around the home.. even worked in a veg canning plant once.. I think it would help the teen problems, including gangs etc if some of these were once more in use.

The i*********n l*ws have needed reworking for decades if not generations..

We do have a program for valued immigration.. not sure how it works or the Quota..
One of the current drivers of 3rd world immigration is the current world conditions.. back in the day Europeans were seeking freedom and a better life, these days it is the desolate and oppressed 3rd world people.. and also consider C*****e C****e it will become more and more of a driver..

Dept of Education.. now that is a touchy subject.. few, on both sides of the table are happy with the situation.. but the remedy is very hard to find.. Let each state muddle to its own solution.. with the sorry conditions in some states compared to others now common ground will be easy to find.. we truly should have minimum standards on a national level..
many attempts tried and failed.. recall "no student left behind" also another dismal attempt forget the name also Minnesota was one of only two states to refuse one of those attempts, forget which one.. my kids were all out of school of had not started at that time, so had no direct contact with them.. in one case kids did start but to private church based school who did not use the current effort at change.

The problems and reasons for the decline in our education system would fill a book.. but I agree that it is very much in need of fixing.. the devil is in the details.. getting people to agree on the solutions near impossible..

good to have a real interesting post rather that just name calling.. on my part also.. thanks have a great day..
Very good post.. we agree more than I expected.. ... (show quote)

You know there are two solutions, but both solutions require work to be done.

To implement either solution we as mankind must quit suffering evils that are sufferable and right ourselves by abolishing to forms which we accustomed to.

The two solutions are represented in the two parties. The Democrats lean toward the solution of Marxism, and its benefit of the mob. This is not an insult to the party, but an observation, that no matter the issue or action, the party sticks together, right or wrong, as one. The problem with this way of thinking is that the party as a whole becomes the tyrant, and the identity of the members is lost with in the party. And thus the result does not build wealth or prosperity, because that is given willfully to the small group within the party called the elite or thier leaders. Thus this mob can get away with hiring a clown or incompetent fool to lead them. Under this sense of gnostic Marxism, the sheep will follow the shepherd straight to hell with no recourse. The final recourse would follow that the Indians will k**l the chief after many abuses. The gnostic Marxism is best described by the nephilim rule in ancient Babylon, under Nimrod, or in other ancient Greek civilizations such as Athenian or spartan cultures, wh 1ere the democracy was o*******wn by tyrants.

Jealousy of this collectivism, tempted ancient Israel, and ancient Rome. That jealousy coupled with greed and laziness brought forth the idea of utopia which is unachievable, when the members of the collective disagree. Only when they agree do they steal from the prosperity of the powers of the earth, which are assumed through necessity. Which fails again without a common agreement on the greater good.

This is the failure of both socialism, Marxism, or the collective theory of utopianism. Simply put, as long as the collective agrees with each other, then the collective is strong, the minute they disagree the collective falls apart. The more people seduced by the collective, the stronger the collective but the more damage the collective causes. Thus the Babylonia exile had similar implications on the Israelite as the fall of Rome did on the Christians during the midevial period.

Experience of the human condition therefore, after the destruction of both ancient Judah and Sameria, parallels that of the destruction of Rome in the fact that the only way out of it, was through the solution of a republic based on democratic principles that don't enter the jealousy that leads to a monarch or dictatorship.

The second solution, is individualism which is shown therein the republican party. Just like the collective theory, the individual is vulnerable, but when in common agreement is the most powerful. The reason for this is unlike Marxism, the individual is self governing therefore according to experience and theory, is not rules by a single entity but rather by the good conscience developed by the wisdom shared by individual successes and failures through example. Each individual is responsible for thier own failures and successes where in time advances the human condition, and creates out of nothing, using the powers of the earth, and aligning with the laws of Nature, and that of Nature's God, the station in which they live. Under this philosophy was born capitalism which is a blessing and a curse. A blessing due to the wealth it produces, a curse due to how harsh the fall from grace becomes when it fails.

One who is respected as an individual has more power than one who is part of the collective however the one who is part of the collective is more secure within the group. Simply put, the individual lacks protection from the group, however reaps a higher profit, and is not held back, as a person without favor in a collective.

By adding more people to the collective, makes the collective implode then explode, like that of a bubble or balloon. As independent bubbles, the individual is more powerful, for to conquer one is easy but to conquer all is impossible. In a single collective, the collective has a strong wall, but once the wall is breached the collective falls apart like a house of cards.

In wisdom through experience, the founders of this nation found a compromise that even the emperor of Japan recognized in World War II. That generation was considered the greatest generation because the balance between individualism and collectivism, government and selfgovernment were ruled through love. But when that love was replaced by jealousy and laziness, it started to fall apart.

Which brings us to the 60s, and 70s. Where the seduction of tribal mentality seduced the solution towards Marxism rather than capitalism. Marxism steals the legitimate profit and squander it amongst the collective thus perpetually consuming all until nothing is left. Where capitalism creates wealth and prosperity, Marxism consumes it.

One group rule, or monarchies, or c*******m, all consume. Thus, the American experiment in respecting self government and the individual, expanded on the old idea, let the people decide for themselves and be self governing.

Three groups are then born out of this, progressives, liberals and conservatives. A young man with a heart is a liberal....John Kennedy for example. An old man with intelligence and wisdom is a conservative, Ronald Reagan is an example of that. Where as r he progressivism is different. To have wisdom one must first have a heart. But progressives use the heart as an excuse, then explain a heart is thus weak. So when a liberal believes in progressive ideals they follow Joseph Stalin. Where as a conservative progressive becomes an Adolf Hitler.

So there you have it, we the people must choose to end the laziness of sufferavle evils we are accustomed to, by choosing which example we are to move forward with, a liberal like John Kennedy or a conservative like Ronald Reagan, where incidently they can peaceably team up together. Or do we go to the route of conservative progressivism and become like Hitler. Or do we swing to the liberal progressivism like that of Joseph Stalin?

Like Reagan said, "Democracy is one generation away from extinction"

I appreciate all the comments, and thank you all for them. Apparently in this situation, I think I have lost. The summary judgement is against me, and apparently the courts, the judge, and many lawyers can't answer the same question I asked.

Perhaps I found in law a paradox that right now is being handled this way:

Your girlfriend signed a contract with the finance company.....
You signed a contract with the same finance company....
The co buyer and cosigner is the same thing.
Since the fraud was with Chase and not the finance company you signed with, they are not responsible for the fraud, that is between you and her.

You have no material fact, judgement for the plaintiff.

You didn't enjoy the property, irrelevant
She committed fraud, and abandoned the property, irrelevant.
She was harassed by the finance company, (excessive phone calls and threats), irrelevant.

It had thus been ordered that you must pay the.plaintiff in this case.....

That's what is happening to me, if I ever become.a congress man the first thing.i would do is outlaw cosigning.

We also need a better credit scoring system that's fair and that can be contested if the scores don't reflect reality.

I now believe my best course of action to defend myself is file bankruptcy, then handle the damages by sueing the ex.

I would love to do that, but the judge rendered summary judgement against me stating "no material fact"

Therefore it seems that, like usual there are "rules for me and not for thee"

Therefore I need the question answered by the courts that if three parties enter into a contract, where one party harrasses the other two, to the point of harassing the second party to the point she commits fraud and abandonment of the property, then the other party is then sued for the contract? Is that legal....
