President Trump could end up as both our Speaker of the House and 47th President simultaneously. The Constitution may have some limitations on a person holding both positions at the same time but remember both Bathhouse Barry and Joe Bribem broke Constitutional laws with no penalties and Trump could do the same. Bathhouse Boy broke Constitutional laws when he formed DACA without Congressional approval and even he admitted it, yet DACA still stands here today and nothing has happened to Bathhouse boy for breaking the Constitution. On the other hand, slo pedo joe broke Constitutional law when he adopted opposing section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which states that the government can not use unwarranted surveillance on U.S. citizens and that the FBI currently does it with slo Joe's authorization and it has not been up for a veto by our Congress who must approve any changes. Joe has not been fined or imprisoned or removed from office for breaking the highest law of our land. These precedents make it appear that Trump could hold both House Speakership and the Presidency simultaneously and he would not be fined, imprisoned or have to resign from either office. I believe Trump could do these 2 jobs better than 2 people holding these 2 positions. He would accomplish more in 4 more years than Bathhouse Boy, slo joe bribem, Bush, Nanny pigloosli, Harry Reid, John Boehner and Mitch McConnell did in almost 80 years.
