The U.S. Constitution leaves too many areas open to interpretation; a New Constituion of 2,300 pages (+ 200 redacted secret pages) is the solution.

The Obama Administration has proposed replacing the current U.S. Constitution (4,543 words, including the signatures with a 2,300-page “new Constitution” that in the words of an administration spokesperson, “clears up the gray areas in the current Constitution.”

The proposal was launched after the success of two recent 1,000+ page pieces of legislation, the Affordable Care Act and the Dodd-Frank financial reform act.

An additional 200+ pages of the “new Constitution” are redacted due to the sensitive nature of the National Security-related amendments.

Lobbyists from key industries were invited to contribute amendments to the new Constitution;” constitutional legal experts were also invited to submit improvements to the current law of the land.

Some critics who have reviewed the 2,300 pages of the proposed “new Constitution” have stated that the document is impenetrable even to those with law degrees. Average citizens “will be unable to understand the laws that govern their lives.”

Other observers note that the complexity and length of legislation such as the Affordable Care Act and the Dodd-Frank financial reform act are already beyond the comprehension of all but a handful of experts.

An administration spokesperson defended the proposed re-write on the grounds that “the new Constitution will provide the clarity that people want in their Constitution.”
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
There are many reason why well over 65% of the American
people want to replace all of congress. Now the fools want to replace our constitution. NO, NO, No. And as you might expect, Its proposal, comes from the democrats. These bastards want to replace our constitution with one that goes along with the same principle as the Pelosi principle.
(( Don't worry what's in it, just sign it . Then we will tell you what's in it. )) You, the general public, are just to
G** Dam ignorant to understand it in the first place. You don't do as we do, you dam well better do as we tell you to.

So now we have it folks. This is the socialistic plan all
along. Hey, all you sheeple out there. Get your nose rings ready. This is what you all wanted.
I got news for all you socialistic bastards out there. Before
I, our anyone of the people I know well let that happen. Blood will run in the streets. The very reason this country was founded, was to get out from under this same kind of
tyranny, these low life scum, want to impose.
You might note. Not one person in the general population was asked what they think. The general public is just a means to and end. How's that sit with you?

So what do you say folks, you want this to happen?

Does your quote mean you don't believe anything is going on that is sinister or illegal or perhaps you would rather just sit back and allow others to fight your battles.

John Stuart Mill, wrote a small peace I believe you should read, over , and over and over again.

John Stuart Mill

( War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things.
The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature, and has no chance of being free, unless made or kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.)

This is why nothing will ever be solved by most people on this forum.

I disagreed with RETW'S plan he thinks will solve our problems.

All I said is I would not join him & support his idea.

Do you think his idea is a good one?

How far would you reach out to support it?

Tell me why I should support it.

My general question to all on the original post was this.

(( So what do you say folks, you want this to happen? ))

If this question is to difficult for you, let me put it another way. Do you ( Floyd Brown ) want to be a slave? It's a simple one to answer. It only requires a YES or NO.

Sense you find it difficult to understand what you read, perhaps I can clear up a point or two.

I did not say this is my plan. I said what I believe will happen if the democratic party or any part of our government try's to enforce a new Constitution on the public.

As far as this is my ( IDEA ). Are you serious? Did you just crawl out from under a rock? Did you not read the URL I posted on this subject. What part of the word, (redacted) do you not understand? What part of the statement,
( the public will not be able to comprehend it, ) does not ring a bell with you?
Does LIBERTY and FREEDOM have any meaning in your world at all?

You asked ( why you should support it.) Oh I don't know.
How about the CIVIL WAR, and the causes and reasons behind it, lets start there shall we. And perhaps we should toss in the 1st world war, 2nd world war, Korea, Viet Nam , and on down the list.

How about all the people that died to bring freedom and liberty to our land . Does not these peoples lives have any meaning for you?

For this, is what's at stake. Mark Lavin has a book out called, ( Liberty and Tyranny ). I very strongly suggest
you get it. And read every page like your life depends on it.
For it very well may do just that.
Does the words ( GIVE ME LIBERTY OR GIVE ME DEATH )
mean any thing to you?

I could go on and fill volumes, for reasons why. But alas,
I believe you to be brain dead. Personally, I can not think of any reason, just why it is any one, would want your support in the first place.

Well I don't support any one that would resort to having blood flowing in the streets.

That is what I meant by not aiding you.

All that means to me is if you don't get your way you would use force to get you way.

I will just stand a side & hope that I don't get in the line of fire.

OMG!! OMG!! Just when you think your getting over his last disgusting stunt, OB and Pelosi dig even deeper towards ripping out the Heart of America. They have to go, and I've a good feeling that they will.

Message for Boehner: Don't you dare let this happen! By God I mean it!! Everyone has a sacrifice in their life, yours is standing in front of you. What will you do.

Before you load that gun, or have a caniption fit, you might want to READ the 'existing' Constitution before you make a martyr of yourself, and/or those who you might convince to go lock step with you. Relax! We all feel the urgency of the matter, but be realistic, and properly informed.
A good place to start would be Article V which covers the proceedure for introducing a Constitutional Convention.
Anyone, fool or scholar, can write up a proposal to change the law of the land, but to inact it requires an act of Congress.

Floyd, I did not see RETW's comment as a plan, I saw it as total frustration to someone that is attempting to fundamentally change our Republic. The plan I'm sure, is to take back the Senate in 2014 and then we can make the necessary changes to undo the damage of the past six years. RETW'S venting was to me understandable because the sheeple do not seem to see the big picture of Obama's plan for America. Having said that, If we are not able to accomplish this through the Constitution as it was designed originally then YES I will fight to give the people coming behind me the same country I grew up in, served for, and enjoyed until lately. I would hope my previous sentence answered you last question on "why would I do that?" Sorry for the delay in responding but I unlike others do not make it here daily.

I am not having a caniption fit as you put it. Nor do I wish to make a martyr of myself. I have stated what is in front of your eyes. If you are to blind to see, than that is on you head.
You tell me I should be realistic, and properly informed.
And your the one that wants to depend on our Congress.

The same congress that gave us Dodd Frank, and the ACA
Idiot.

Let's consider on an outside chance that perhaps we are all dissatisfied with the government as a whole, and leave the personally depreciating comments behind us, out of respect for anothers view point. I detected (I believe) an attempt to use that on myself, but I am assuredly as well versed on the Constitution, and current politics as you.
With that understanding, then we should be able to discuss this in a semi scholarly fashion, but before you get locked in on this original post, and believe the Dem's could possibly rewrite our Constitution to suit themselves, then again.. I invite you to check out Article V, U.S. Const. re: Constitutional Conventions.

Where I suggested patience in my last comment, it meant that we will have to wait for any 'great' current policy changes until the Repub's become a majority in the Senate, and we must also maintain our position in the House. The current dirty manipulations by the 'sitting administration' are severally under mining even those possiblities, as they divide, and confuse.
If this corruption doesn't cease there, and then... well, then I'll join you in step two. 8-)
