The police, when acting lawfully, are to investigate complaints that a crime has been committed, or may have been committed. Nearly all of the problems we now have with the conduct of police officers arise out of the fact that the constitution for the united states of America has been usurped by a criminal, corporate, fascist enterprise. Our constitutionally mandated form of law, American common law, has been cast aside and replaced by a form of Admiralty Law, Canon Law, Commercial Law and Roman Law in a manner that means, for most of us, "The law is whatever the ruler says it is at any given moment." Further, "The ruler (king) can do no wrong." The police have become the enforcement arm of that criminal enterprise whenever it chooses to utilize them in that manner. Most police officers do not see themselves as aiding and abetting criminals, or being engaged in criminal conduct, though the number who do is increasing with each passing year. Most police officers do not really understand that the statutes that they enforce are now mostly contrary to both the letter and the spirit of our constitution. Thanks to indoctrinated ignorance and deliberately disseminated misinformation by schools, the legal industry, and the mass media, most of our population doesn't either. Our nation has now become a place where the population makes up a condition much like living in the world's largest insane asylum.

Cold Iron you have my deepest graditude for all that you have done and I hope will do again. Yours is not an easy job and I have always felt that police /firemen who risk their lives in the line of duty should make more then the small amount that you make in your pay check. Police always have to run you blacks down be it on foot or in a car, so tell me again about high speed chases and who is at fault. My step-grandfather was also Sicilian, his wife was French, and boy did they have a time adjusting to each other's language when neither spoke the other. But they adjusted and overcame. They emigrated to Canada, that is where my stepfather was born, and then immigrated to the U.S. I came to love and care for them as though they were my own natural grandparents. They were marvelous people. They reared eight children, only one of which was born in the U.S. They all became naturalized citizens and all the boys served in the U.S. Military during the 2nd WW. One of my step-uncle's and one of my natural uncles were in Boot Camp together. However, they didn't remember each other after the war.
