George W. Bush was and is an honorable man possessing morality and values who, following the unapologetic debauchery of Bill Clinton, returned dignity to the presidential office he occupied. During his presidency, the world respected the U.S. and our enemies learned to fear us, which is a good thing.

At the present time, the derision and scorn expressed by the Muslim countries toward Obama after his attempts to engage, befriend and/or bribe them is tangible toward the United States. The most recent example comes from Al Hafiz TV, an Egyptian Islamic station. During a roundtable discussion on the U.S. and foreign aid to Egypt, an Islamic Salafi cleric, insisted that the U.S. must be treated contemptuously, like a dhimmi, a conquered infidel; and that Egypt must make the U.S. conform to its demands; so that all the money the U.S. offers to Egypt in foreign aid could be accepted as rightfully earned jizya, the paid poll tax the Qur'an requires that all conquered peoples pay to their Muslim master . It is because of George W. Bush's basic decency that he is despised by those who lack values and believe all things are relative. There is no absolute good. There is no absolute evil. There can be no judgement of morality, or lack of it, thereof, and those who would indulge in proper behavior and belief are guilty of "hate," - not hatred - which would be grammatically correct, but "hate."

President Bush unexpectedly became a wartime president, changing his entire agenda and priorities during his two terms. Had Bill Clinton accepted Sudan's offer to turn Osama Bin Laden over to the United States in April, 1996, or subsequent opportunities that were given him to "take him out," it is very unlikely President Bush would have been presented with the necessity of being a wartime president, and almost 3,000 deceased Americans would today be alive with their families.

Bill Clilnton testified in a speech in February, 2002: "At the time, 1996, he had committed no crime against America, so I did not bring him here because we had no basis on which to hold him, though we knew he wanted to commit crimes against America. So I pleaded with the Saudis to take him, ’cause they could have. But they thought it was a hot potato and they didn’t and that’s how he wound up in Afghanistan.
Clinton later claimed to have misspoken and stated that there had never been an offer to turn over bin Laden.

Lawrence Wright, in his Pulitzer Prize-winning "The Looming Tower," flatly states that Sudan did make such an offer, based on an interview with Sudanese minister of state for defense, Maj. Gen. Elfatih Erwa. The offer took place at a secret meeting in a Rosslyn, Va., hotel, with CIA operatives. Major General Erwa notes that those who most prominently deny Erwa’s claims were not in fact present for the meeting.

The subprime mortgage crisis for which George W. is blamed to this day, was created by the Community Reinvestment Act, signed by Jimmy Carter in 1977. The CRA intimidated banks ordering they had "an affirmative obligation" to meet the credit needs of their communities. Federal banking regulators literally bullied them into approving mortgages to unqualified minority applicants by threatening approval of their routine requests to merge or to open new branches. The bill's political supporters believed that CRA would counter the presumed racial discrimination in lending, which they justified by widely publicizing a 1990 Federal Reserve Bank of Boston finding that blacks and Hispanics of similar income experienced higher mortgage-denial rates than whites. Mortgage worthiness, however, is additionally based on total indebtedness ratio to income, and past debt repayment history.

The Clinton administration re-energized the Community Reinvestment Act into one of the most powerful mandates shaping American cities, as Senate Banking Committee chairman Phil Gramm put it, a vast extortion scheme against the nation's banks. Under its provisions, U.S. banks initially committed nearly $1 trillion for inner-city and low-income mortgages and real estate development projects, most of it funneled through a nationwide network of left-wing community groups, such as Acorn, [for whom Obama worked while in Chicago) who taught their low-income clients that the financial system is their enemy and, implicitly, that government, rather than their own efforts, should be the means to their well-being.

When President Bush tried to investigate the financial health of the country's financial institutes, including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, Barney Frank and Chris Dodd assured him there was no problem. Their political maneuvering ensured that inner-city neighborhoods stayed poor by discouraging the kinds of investment that might have benefited them, and ultimately came within a hair of bringing down the world's economy, and President Bush is still blamed.

One of the most outrageous and persistent lies perpetrated against President Bush's presidency was the progressive news anchors who falsely insisted, day after day, week after week, month after month, that the President had failed to fulfill his Texas Air National Guard duty as an F-102 fighter pilot.

George W. Bush fulfilled his duties and met all requirements for Air National Guard officers during his service from 1968 to 1973, including two full-time years successfully training to be a fighter interceptor pilot, receiving excellent reviews, and subsequent years of night patrols, flying out over the gulf of Mexico for NORAD.

George W. Bush worships God, not himself. He did not rein in spending. He was not perfect unless he is compared to his predecessor and/or his successor, but he has a good heart and an intelligent mind, and he is a patriot of the United States.
