I didn't watch the video but would like to say I am all in favor of civil unions. The gay folks I have met are commited to lifelong relatioships and therefore deserve things like next of kin status. It is only right. Marriage should be a private affair and really who needs a license if Love is there and a civil union does everything marriage would do without all the hassel

Homosexuals should not be allowed to act upon their feelings.
Heterosexual is the only way to go.
No civil unions.
Homosexuals should not be able to adopt children.
And no I don't not hate them, I just disagree with their choices.

I disagree with the homosexual life style but that is because I am straight always have been always will be.---But I do not live inside the homosexuals mind so I can't possibly know how they feel.. I cannot judge because it belongs to God and so do they. I can call them like I see them and choose to leave them be. Civil Union is not marriage it is a contract between individuals living together. Marriage is between men and women and should be that way. If gays want to have a legal civil union fine. If they wish to get married they can have their ceremony without it being documented at the court house. That is fair as far as I can see. I don't have to be buddys with them and I don't have to be harsh on them either.
