We Americans need to stay focused on the big picture and the bouncing ball from the news media and their spin on the 2016 election. This is a make or break time, for America and the American people.

I've lived in Alaska for over 10 years and drove by the HAARP site several times, I've been following the HAARP research for years. I'm "Not dummied down" ! Let's move on to the really big issues and the big picture and scope of things happening in America.
Most of southern California get there water from the Colorado river. The north and central parts receives water mostly from storage sites and canals, from the northern rivers that supply the California Aqueduct system. Then theres the ground water and the underground aquifers that are also tapped into and pump water into the canals.
Congress and Californian politicians are to blame for all the illegals and population growth in California and the rest of the country. Those politicians have been kicking the can down the road, and it has come to bite them in the ass. It's all about investing in the future, building and storing water. The politicians have done nothing since the 60's and 70's except maintain the current water system in place.
We have also passed laws in 1986 to prevent illegals and population growth in this country. The laws have not been obeyed, but have been abused by the the left democratic party and political groups in this country and by Mexico. The largest group is La Raza "The Race," www.nclr.org NCLR (National Council of La Raza) joined 153 civil, labor and immigrant organizations.
So, it's been 35 years of no investment and preparing for the future water crisis and the population, who are screaming, for water and the rationing of the water, the far left and their knee jerk reaction. What a crappy bunch of do-gooders. Got IT !
California is mostly chaparral type, ecology zone. Look it up. California, parts of Mexico and parts of South America have periods of wet and dry weather. This is the El Ninio (wet) weather effect, and or the La Ninja (Dry) weather effect. It usually coincides with the Sun's 13 year rotational effect on Earth and the heating up of the oceans and how the oceans circulate around the earth. Got It.
HAARP is usually associated with the earths core mantel and earths crust, directing sound or seismic directional waves, causing earth quakes. And I guess the "Engineered Drought Catastrophe targeting California. For me it's hard to combine the tho theories, "HAARP and the weather catastrophe of 5 years and the drought targeting California.
As far as the Global and regional weather patterns are concern's, Earth is affected on the sun's heat radiation, and the different weather patterns and the flow of the oceans. Its a basic acknowledged theory and is a lot more complicated than my present position, it's a simplistic view point and can be argued into further detail at a later point.

Folks, there is no "Global warming," or "Climate Change, basic chemistry proves this from a biological perspective. "The earth does not have a fever" as "Al Gore said in in "An Inconvenient Truth." This was an "Unbelievable Lie," Gore was so wrong, and so far behind the times. All of this was to tax the rich countries and give this tax to poor countries.
