I have to wonder if the wound to the kid's throat was self-inflicted or came from the gun battle. Of course, since he can't talk now it makes little difference but sure as hell he won't be telling anything self-incriminating if he can't talk.
I guess water boarding can't be done in a civilian jail, only at Gitmo. I also wonder what kind of trial can be had for the young man under a system that is controlled by Eric Holder.
The best way to handle future attempts like the one Tsarnaev is accused of doing would be at least as many wounds as his brother is said to have had. Maybe recruitment of future bombers would be a bit harder knowing the outcome. Yeah, get all he knows and then turn some of the amputee victims loose with guns.
