Your links to proof that Fox News lied are a complete waste of time. The first link shows Jon Stewart making his usual wise-ass simpleton remarks in response to serious evaluation of his effect and performance over his tenure as host of his show. He did not prove anything, merely made sophomoric "witty" remarks as rebuttal.

The second clip was not a Fox statement, but that of a guest on the show who was opposed to use of Marijuana. It was his assertions, not Foxes that use of this drug causes serious medical conditions.

The third clip was indeed selective editing and it was done to emphasize the point that preventative action was deficient as charged by Sen Graham. I watched Obama's press conference and he admitted that we had been warned by Russian intelligence that the older brother and his mother had been in contact with Moslem radical jihadists. Obama asserted that the FBI had interviewed them and concluded that there was no threat. He also stated that Homeland security did "what they do" and then went on to brag about how quickly after the fact these bombers were apprehended giving praise to everyone involved.

He provided no refutation of the charge made by the Senator and said they would "look into" whether or not changes need to be made.

All news agencies select what gets published and there is no doubt that their philosophical bent will color the news. I will agree that Fox should have included the excerpted part of the presidents remarks -- only because that segment shows how truly stupid and incompetent he actually is. Can anyone doubt there needs to be changes in the way such suspects are handled? Do we really need to "look into" this?. A world class intelligence agency warns us that these people are potential terrorists and we "interview" them. Sen Graham was right and Fox news did not lie.

that is the job of the legistlators. U do know we have three (3) branches of Government. The legistlators write law the President Inforces that law, but this one don't he just picks the ones he wants to inforce, and not the others. Such as for one example, the DOMA, U do remember when him and his side kich Holder rfused to inforce the Defence of Marriage Act? Illeal Immagrant's for deportation, and on and on it goes where it stops noone knows.

The President, any President can not write law nor can he change it, but he SHALL inforce all laws written by the legistors.

He took an oath to uphold all the laws, not just the ones he wants too. But he could care less about the oath he took.

He is a liar and the truth is not in him, he has always been a lier, he can't tell the truth..!!!!!!!

The politicians that we have elected, seem to have a hard time understanding those 25 words of Article I, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States. Maybe we should direct our attention to them and make Obama irrelevant.
