Certainly a different way of looking at ISIS. If truly a standing army and not a traditional terrorist organization do we need to fight them differently? We seem to label everything terrorism now days.

A rose by any other name is still a rose, and trying to legitimate a terrorist organization by calling it a standing army doesn't necessarily make it legitimate. Having serve in the military, beheading and burning your enemy to death in cages was not an option. Terrorist do that to strike fear into the hearts of the people that oppose them. And those that try to appease the terrorist only show how foolish they are.
