Lol. No it is NOT photoshopped. Actually we went through a period where some amateur hackers figured out how to hack into road signs. That sign, sadly was real. A coworker spotted it on the way to work. It was originally was setup to warn of a work zone. The funny part was contacting the Virginia Department of Transportation about the sign, they didn't believe it at first either. If you need to verify you can always ask for Joan Morris at VDOT. She'll probably get a chuckle out of it.
