Yes, you would be as a mystic when you recognize you are a spiritual being having a human experience and allow God's presence in you to guide your actions.

I don't know what religion you are from but I do believe that you have it backward. We are human creatures that can have a spiritual encounter with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ only after we submit to Him and accept Him as our Lord and Savior. However we are still and will remain free moral agents at all times which allows to sin and to make choices. At no time do we become spiritual beings because we are all flesh and blood until the resurrection day. After that we will put on immortality and probably have a different bodily structure.

If you are not being argumentative I would assume that we would have the same type of body that Christ exhibited after the resurrection. In other words we will be totally recognizable to others and resemble the living body that we now inhabit. We will be able to have all of the same features as now because Christs disciples recognized Him and were able to put their fingers into his wounds.

I am not a "religion" but seek out "truth." Jesus was the great example or pattern of how to live your life without sinning or making mistakes. "Christ" is the "mind of God individualized" and Jesus was the first to prove that and demonstrated how by his life -- not his crucifixion. I don't remember what it's like after making a transition, but you will have consciousness and memory I'm sure. A spiritual self is different from the human form, but is already in one's consciousness as the "directive intelligence" in every atom of the physical body. At times when you least expect it and your thoughts are still you will experience That loving presence of God -- I guarantee it.
