Modern Money Mechanics is a book strategically designed for our Federal Reserve Banking System which states: "A bank must maintain a required reserve equal to a prescribed percentage of deposits and this requirement is ten percent." It goes on to say that banks do not really pay out loans from the money they receive as deposits, for if they did, no additional money would be created. When banks make loans, they accept promissory notes (paper contracts) in exchange for credits (your money). What does all this mean?

If a ten billion dollar deposit is made, one billion is held in reserve and the rest is re-loaned out to the public. So in essence, nine times the initial amount deposited can be created out of thin air, (loan contracts). Walla! INFLATION...

Now for every loan that is created, it must be paid back by crude interest. What this means is that only three percent of the U.S. money supply exists in physical currency to date and the other ninety seven percent exists in computers. The money and interest owed will always exceed the amount of money in circulation. This creates defaults, foreclosures and a nation held in debt.

The republicans are doing the right thing and it's not about race it's about saving the country! I only hope they stick to there guns and let Obummer shut down the government after they fund everything except Obummercare!

The truth is that they do NOT want the President to leave office with anything but negativity having occurred during his term. I still call that racist.

This proves that they can only appeal emotionally to their followers. Well, his second election truly upset and disturbed them (they didn't believe he would win the first) and they are still bringing up doubts they used during his first term. He is an American and a visionary. He's the only president I've felt proud of in a very long time. I'm so glad to see that he IS accomplishing even with THAT GROUP against him and trying to trip him up anyway they can.

I must say that especially because the GOP does not feel shame for their actions, I do feel shame for and on them.
