My kind sir, do you read the articles before you post them? And do you just use one site for all your information on any given subject or do you do any research to check out the stories?

Just because you won't get this infor from the fools at faux or the fat limburg program does not mean that cruzz is not pushing his agenda that will hurt veterans funding. He is obsessed with the insane idea of defunding the ACA to please the teabag caucus. That is the big problem with deniers. They hate the truth when it doesn't coincide with their own beleifs.
As far as what teddycruzz says, just take some time to listen to him on C-span. He is and will alienate moderate republicans, and as far as I am conerned, the quicker he is defanged, the less dangerous to the country he will be.

And provide your own research to prove that cruzz is not pushing to defund the military. It doesn't exist

You seem to forget that 68% of Americans did not want Obamacare implemented in the first place. Where were the politicians that listened to American then? It sure was not the Democrats? They are the ones who voted it in.

I checked and double-checked and found not one Republican who voted for it. I did notice that several Democrats voted against it as well.
At least those who voted against it voted with their constituents.

You've got your parties mixed up, there. It's the democrats that hate the military. Republicans support them. This is more sequester bunk. Don't believe everything you read, and only half of what you actually see.

Don't know who your were trying to reply to, but cruzz is trying to defund ACA by trying to get a vote on each segment of the budget. The military is first in line.

From your link I took these words. "Second, as Meredith Shiner points out in Roll Call, the House already approved a Defense Department spending bill in July, meaning "passing another bill would be repetitive."

Did the Senate consider that bill from the House? They tabled nearly everything that came from there and I bet that is what happened to that one.

teddyboycruzz is trying to institute new funding requirements for each department of the government. And the bill has already passed. Now he wants the house to write a series of bills. Not a comprehensive bill, but a separate vote on each individual bill. That is his latest, lame strategy to force defunding ACA. He is going to go down in flames, big time. I suggest you watch with rapt attention.

You really don't understand what he was talking about when he said they needed to throw out separate bills. For instance, if they put out one for financing the military Dirty Harry and people would have to throw it away to keep it from passing. then who would be responsible for shutting down the military. They tried it with comprehensive bill and Harry says they will defeat it. Wake up and smell the coffee as soon as you can.

So, I reckon the filibuster spoken about in the link did not harm or good for passing of the bill. And the doctor, Shakeel Afridi had his sentence overturned. So, all in all, things worked out for the better.
