False Religion & End Times.
I know that opinions have always been wide spread regarding God & Gods plans. Some people repress the idea of God even though they know there is a God. They live every day of their lives as if there is God, but yet they deny the existence of God. Others worship the creation while denying the Creator. Still others have invented a god that is hugely profitable to themselves because they make their god extremely comfortable to others. Everyone can have the god of their own design. Some pseudo organized religions, such as Catholic, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Mormon, Jehovah's Witnesses and many main line Protestant religions offer the form of Religion without any of the truth or power of faith. All these false religions are growing closer to each other and will soon be joining together, probably under some form of Roman Papal leadership, to herald the entry into the world of the anti-Christ. Time is growing short. This world is like a trip on the Titanic. You are either standing on deck wearing a useless life jacket, listening to the band play some soothing tune and convincing each other that everything is going to be just fine, or you get in the life boat. The cross of Jesus Christ and the empty tomb is the only true life boat there is and there's still room for you.
So, don't keep us in suspense: What IS the True Religion?

It is written: "Pure [true] religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep [oneself] unspotted from the world." James 1:27
I thought the "cross & empty tomb" would have been a strong enough hint, but apparently not.

I guess your reference to, say, Catholicism & Protestantism threw me off...

List of MEMBERS of True Religions [sic]:
This was the part of the quote that was puzzling: "Some pseudo organized religions, such as Catholic, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Mormon, Jehovah's Witnesses and many main line Protestant religions offer the form of Religion without any of the truth or power of faith. All these false religions are growing closer to each other and will soon be joining together, probably under some form of Roman Papal leadership, to herald the entry into the world of the anti-Christ." Is this sort of like the TparT at loggerhead with mainstream Neo-Consevatism in the Church of GOP? What constitutes "True Religion"?

...which was kind of my point.... :D
Although there are certainly truly saved individuals / people within each of the churches / organizations that you listed, the TRUE Church is invisible and only saved people belong to it.

I'm sure there are truly saved believers in both Catholicism & main line Protestantism, but in my opinion, both Catholicism & main line Protestantism are Religious abominations,

What constitutes "True Religion" begins and ends with both the cross of Christ and the empty tomb. It has nothing to do with ceremony, pomp, Popes, or the trappings of Religion.=Dummy Boy]...which was kind of my point.... :D[/quote]

Vaap,
You are being less then clear, what religion are you saying is the True Religion? As far as I know, you listed religions that believe in the resurrection and Christ is the son of God, who died for our sins, but you call them False Religion. What are you trying to say?
In my opinion "False Religions" avoid teaching that the sovereignty & perfection of God leaves sinful, fallen mankind in a position of having no chance of finding redemption on his own and at the same time, Gods justice demands judgement and Gods judgement requires mankind to ultimately suffer separation from God and eternal punishment for his transgressions. "True Religion" teaches that God requires mankind's repentance. Once man acknowledges his sin against God and his powerlessness over sin, then God will provide man with faith and then that faith will allow man to accept Gods solution through the death & resurrection of Christ Jesus is being the remedy that God had planned from before creation as being the ultimate solution for mans sinful condition. Now here is a great mystery, God not only hates sin, he hates sinners..He hates sinners so much that he made his son become a sinless man and took his wrath for sin & sinners out on his own sinless son, so that he could once again love all mankind and so all mankind could once again love God.. If Religions teach otherwise, especially if they teach things like you can satisfy God by the way you live your life, or by the good deeds you do or by giving your life up as a martyr or that some Priest can absolve you of sin by making you say some rosary beads or that if you just pray God will give you heath wealth & happiness and especially if they teach Christ is not God, then those are "False religions".

One must use the term "religion" carefully. True Religion as defined in the Bible was quoted in a post above. (James 1:27). However, religion is the problem with the so called (Spiritual enities or churches organized or independent).
Religion as defined by man is man looking up to God and saying, "Look what I have done for you."
On the other hand, true Christianity is God looking down to us and pointing to the Birth, Life, Death, Resurrection or our Lord Jesus, and saying, Look what I have done for you.
There is no doubt that in all the denominations listed by DB there are those who truly believe and obey the God of Creation and the Bible. But sad to say many of those listed have their own man-held opinions and doctrines of men rather than God.
True matter is, the higher ones concept or thoughts of God the truer their Spiritual life will be.
That is one of the great problems of America today, science has taken the place of God. We are losing our sense of awe and wonder because we credit mans intelligence as coming from man rather than God. We have forgotten that God is Omnipotent and that means that all power (ALL) comes from God and he is Omniscient, knowledge, (All Knowledge) and is overlooking or Omnipresent All Present (ALL PRESENT AT ALL TIMES) that truly is awesome and a wonder of wonders.
We have lost our ability to look in wonder how the sun, moon, and stars are all still in perpetual motion which is impossible for man to create. Man can only produce energy that must be renewed. God has set in motion energy that will last until the end of time and even then He has promised a new heaven and a new earth that will be eternally energized.
What is the true religion? In the Beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth... John 3:16 John 1:1-14
