so now you want to link every teacher to being muslims, and thats why kids dont learn. i guess if you were a teacher you would teach, every kid to hate what you dont like, and dont understand. then that would put you in the same catagory with them the muslims

roy, I taught history and government for 28 years and I bet not one of my students knew which party I favored. I can tell you that it was Democrat for 14 years and Republican for 14 years. I taught everything from both sides or no side at all. I wanted the kids to understand that there are two sides to every problem unlike they are being taught these days.

I would be just as hard for kids to determine what party I favored today when it is the Republicans, so much. I would never be as Muslim leaning as these teachers seemed to be nor would I be telling kids to kill all of the Muslims, before the opposite happened even thought I was thinking exactly that.

I'll bet those teachers think they can avoid going into dhimmitude once the Muslims take over. Hell, they may be the first ones to lose their heads to the scimitar.

Hmmmm-can any of those kids read well enough to 'interpret' the Koran--hint--probably not. But the real issue here is RELIGION in the public schools!! Get it all out- every bit of it--put it-teach it- in the church(s) of their/your choice where it belongs.
And as an aside-get FOX out of your information acquiring efforts-they LIE ABOUT/CORRUPT/DISTORT EVERYTHING THEY BROADCAST!-a very untrustworthy source indeed!

Why is it that you people are so liable to use words like lie about, corrupt, distort, everything they broadcast an yet never give any examples of what you are talking about? Is there a chance that that you get your information about Fox from Stink Prog, Media Matters, Daily Kos or other left leaning blogs like those? I say the answer to my question is surely YES.

So when you call something Fox says lies it is so but when I say that they are lying about Benghazi you know I am wrong because Fox told me and because Obama says it was a video that caused that thing to happen that is the truth.

I don't think that you know a lot about what you are saying other than what MM, SP, kos and HuffPo have told you. I feel for you but just can't quite reach you.

well 'whomever'??-ya needs to get a little more current-and did you watch ANY of the hearings re Benghazi?--do you ever do any 'fact checking' at an unbiased source?--from your comments it seems you ignore the plain outright truth. Try FactCheck.org-for good information fast! FOX is a conservative, malicious, fear mongering propaganda machine controlled by a fascist owner that has nothing to do with truth and responsible journalism. If you watch it a lot your brain will rot from their lies-and all the while you are being told you are getting 'truth' and unbiased 'reporting' and 'fair and balanced' information huh--what a crock! Take MSNBC--liberal yup-biased-yup--but they do not misrepresent themselves as unbiased or 'fair and balanced' (which they actually mostly are). Truth is out there and will serve us all-responsible caring citizens find it!

Maybe the people in Tennessee are right about Muslims in the state. These students got to go to the mosque in a large city where they were given copies of the Koran. I don't know what they got when they visited the Hindu church and don't care.

One kid in the class refused to attend this game and was punished severely, IMO. She was given 5 pages of information about the words of Mohammed, 1 page from Jesus, and 2/3 of a page of Ghandi's words and told to write a paper about how much more fair the Mohammedans are than other religions in treatment of people they conquer. The school principal viewed this treatment as very fair. The parents are going to the school board about it. The Superintendent of Schools says there will be no more field trips like this one because of money. Any excuse is just what Muslims want to hear.

“They told us we were being hostile towards Islam,” Conner said. “It was a very confrontational meeting. Their attitude was, ‘I can’t believe you would question our motives with your children.’”
Conner said he hopes the school board will take action against the teachers.
“Someone needs to be held accountable,” he said. “They are our children – not theirs.”

Maybe the people in Tennessee are right about Musl... (show quote)

for 10 years hendersonville high school has offered an honors world studies class in which students spent 3 weeks studing about christianity, judaism, budhism, hindu, and islam,in 10 years no parent has complaned.conner the parent that complaned did not send his daughter on the field trip they are talking about,,his daughter was allowed to do an alternative assignment ,not made. the girl did not complain ,the father did,now they have stoped all field trips to religious venues .so basically one man stoped a whole bunch of kids from learning about the world, religions, and many of the students are very upset, they love their teacher. the girl that didnt attend the field trip was not punished severely as fox news, said, and the meeting was not confrontational as reported on fox.believe it or not thats the facts.

That's right. It's part of what I said. Your first reply twisted what I said into something I did not say.

Of course they declinded comment, they have no excuse. I'd be letting some have an early vacation.

I just read the article-the student who did not attend was given a paper to read-how is that "punished severely" Say her own religion did not permit her to go to another's church-she got the material to read. I think we could all use a course in comparative religion, and think this is a good idea. When I went to Turkey on the feast of the sacrifice, I was astonished to learn that they believe Abraham was going to sacrifice Ishmel, not Isaac. I am interested in creation myths of many cultures, and when people want to teach "Intelligent Design" in school, I say great, but teach it is Comparative Religion, not in Science.

The girl wasn't punished, you say. The teacher agreed to allow her to earn some kind of grade if she would write a paper with background information that consisted of 5 pages of Islamic info, one page of the teachings of Christ and 2/3 of a page of infer about Ghandi. If you don't consider that punishment you must have made the conversion already.

Who forced that principal to stop trips like that? It seems to me that once the fox is in the henhouse it is too late to do anything about it and sure enough those kids were allowed to learn a lot more about Islam and given Korans than they got about Christianity. Old principal said they just could't afford any more field trips like that. I wonder if he requested any people from the other religions involved to have some of their people to come to the school. Of course, he didn't do that but that is not what he had in mind. Waking up might be good for you.

I have been wondering when someone would say some of the things you can read in this link about that school that sends good students to mosques and not any other religious places. Okay, here is someone making some suggestions about those things.

another rag article blowing things completely out of poporotion. these kids in this class studied, all religions. in the usa we have that right to learn about other cultures. in the countrys that hate us they dont have that right, they are taught to hate us and fight. it seems theres alot of people in this country that wants to take away a kids right to learn except for what some adults want them to.
