As it is, the population of black people overall is increasing anyway, in spite of how fast they kill each other off, because as our population increases, the percentage of blacks remains pretty constant at 13%.
As you can see, it could be worse, and something I just learned while digging for facts on this topic is that the NAACP approves of the high black abortion rate. “Back in 2005, the NAACP praised the high black abortion rate as compared to the percentage of the population at a NARAL fundraising gala" and no, I don't know why, but that's the first thing they've ever done right.

I think if the officer (1) had a tazer on him AND could have gotten to it, I am sure he would have used that as his first choice.
(2) It was stated in the "No True Bill" that he had followed the protocol that all law enforcement officers are taught to use.
At this point, because it is a "no true bill", it is my understanding that it becomes a matter of public record, hence, anyone can have access to and read all the testimony, see all the facts, etc. They may even make a transcript of the Grand Jury proceedings, but that is yet to be seen.

Yup, seems fair, the only person who can speak for themselves used a gun, declared himself innocent and the defendant is dead, who can't speak for themselves. Race aside, what we have here is a failure to communicate.

What we have here is a man who was acquitted by a jury of his peers. Three of them were black, so you can't use the race card. Justice has been served. Deal with it.

1. An officer shot a man to death, with a contrived probable cause.
