Doesn't Paul write, in Corinthians, that we are to follow the way of Jesus and not traditions.
Jesus was criticized for healing the Bent woman on the Sabbath which was against tradition? There are other instances in the Bible where Jesus and his disciples are criticized for not following traditions.
I see that half of the Greek Orthodox beliefs are based on Tradition.

Alaska can be pretty nice, but its a rough place to live. One of my aunts lived in Fairbanks for years. She doesn't miss the place.

My wife and children, when younger, belonged to St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church. All the kids were active in GOYA. I was the only Jew with an Orthodox family. :lol:

At the risk of offending, there are those who have attended divinity school who choose to go by the title "Pastor" as opposed to "Reverend". My knowledge does not extend to how or why such a choice is made.
