I have listened to it a number of times and wondered how many people on the left side of the floor were applauding, let alone standing. The man makes so much sense that only two kinds of people wouldn't have been standing and applauding. Those would be damned fools and people from the other side of the floor.
What does the Constitution say the President is to do? Why of course it says enforce laws but does the present President make that his duty or does he just decide what part of each law he will enforce and what part he won't enforce.
When you look at many of the speeches and periods of questioning by Gowdy it is hard to believe that he wouldn't make an excellent replacement of our present President. Do you feel that way, as I do?

Will we be able to get rid of him two years from now? I really think he will declare martial law in order to stay in office in 2016.

Trey Gowdy is exactly the type of leader this country so desperately needs. We need a leader who speaks the truth, understands the importance of values and will honestly fight for our safety. The POTUS should, and must be, a man/woman who possesses honesty, integrity and a defender of values. It's not to late to make our country one to be proud of and a model to other countries.

Are you really so far out that you do not know what it means to have a pen and a phone? It means he does not recognize his obligation to follow the laws. Normally people would be put in jail for such actions.

Gowdy is terrific! Why? He has principles and stands for what is right. Period. Yesterday Carson threw his hat in the ring for '16. He, Gowdy, Huckabee, Cruz: men of character and integrity AND honesty. All of them in '16 admin would be fabulous and America would be on the right track!
