what do you think are going to happen to the people that were here before Christ came. What about the people that never hear about Jesus.

If heaven contains people like Billy Graham, Jimmy Swaggart, Jim and Tammy Bakker, Joel Osteen, Pat Robertson, Pat Boone, and Oral Roberts, most Jews would say, "Thanks but no thanks".

That is not the idea of heaven to any Jews I've ever known.

A secular Jew's idealized view of heaven would contain people more like George Carlin, Richard Pryor, Marilyn Monroe,W.C. Fields, the Marx Brothers, and Mae West.

We all have different definitions of heaven. You can keep yours.

I grew up spending much of my time at the Jewish Community Center. There are many Jews in my neighborhood. I love the Jewish people and one thing I can be sure of by your posts since I have been on the forum is that you sir definitely do not speak for most Jews.

One of the reasons I come onto OPP is I get to hear things online that I don't get to hear in real life. It's the same reason, from time to time, that I will actually tune in AM hate radio. It's like watching train wrecks. You feel guilty about it but you are compelled to look at it anyway.

Not only have I never seen, in real life, good ol' boys in camouflage with AR-15s at the diner, I have never heard anyone use the term,
"War of Northern Aggression". Everyone I know, except you, calls it what it was, "The Civil War". Do you really enjoy living in a time warp? Really???

Is this how people in your neck of the woods talk? Really???

I tend to view people who live in Northern Virginia as sophisticated, educated people. What happened to you, in your childhood, to make you as backward as you sound sometimes?

Sometimes I wonder if it is an act, just to stir the pot a little. Are you really like this in real life???
