Someone says it just about every day. There will be one, how "great" it will be is the question. It may not be as bad as the Great Depression, it may be worse. There will probably be one, though. With luck, it will be more like a bad recession.

The fiscal policy of the Federal Reserve has done nothing since the "Great Recession" of 2007 but delay the inevitable. Very shortly, here, I have a feeling, we will see a brief period of sudden deflation. Shortly thereafter, hyperinflation.

We see instability in the markets now. Things are starting to totter. Do you know that according to stock websites (the ones that speak the truth, that is), the only reason the stock market "stabilized" today after a 5-day drop is that retail investors were forced to stop trading? Did you know the SEC has that kind of power? Things start to drop, they just shut down the little guy. All the large retail investors had sold THEIR stocks last week. Now, the private investor, is shut down.

This is the kind of games big sandbox people play.

Yes, we will have a depression. Sooner than most people think, too.
