TDSR, where in the constitution does it say the supreme court enforce the laws giving queers rights?? I have read the constitution, which I suggest you do, and no where does it state the gowned clowns should be ruling on this. This is a STATE issue and not federal. Do you really think the love life of queers is normal?? We are being dictated to by less than 17% of our population. That is democracy at work??

it is in fact 1.67%

The real numbers are almost impossible to get. People not only lie to pollsters about their personal behavior, they also lie to themselves, especially if their behavior goes against the family norms with which they were raised.

Even if the number was as low as 1.67%, it would change nothing.

98% of Americans cannot vote away the civil rights of the 2% of Americans that are Jewish.

The majority cannot veto the beliefs and practices of the minority as long as their behavior is within the law and within the rulings as made by the courts.

Behavior of the minority does not have to meet the approval of the majority. That's what they had under the Third Reich and it neither worked out well for the Jews or the larger German society.

Many people have said this, "It's not all that difficult. If you are not comfortable with homosexual behavior, don't engage in it. If gay marriage creeps you out, don't accept wedding invitations to attend gay marriage ceremonies".

Case closed.

President Kennedy never was an attorney, nor did he attend law school.

He had a bachelor's degree from Harvard and enrolled in some graduate business courses from Stanford but never got an advanced degree.

I stand corrected. President Kennedy did attend Harvard Law School but did not become a lawyer. And also did Harry Truman. He attended law school but also did not become a lawyer.

The war on Christians is part of the "progressive" political agenda. In order to make the state the all powerful force that is to reign supreme, the concept of God must be removed from the equation. The "progressives" have for years done that by denigrating Christians and any other group that dares to say there is a higher power than the state. Claiming that all forms of sexuality are equally valid and valuable is just one way of doing that. Just part of the concept that there is no right or wrong except that which the state defines as it suits the needs of the dictatorship of the state at any one moment.

Well I guess non of our founding fathers were not gay. All I know is 1 out of every 5 people in this country are gay. And I know the 4 liberals on this site are not gay so there appears to be at least 5 GOPTP/KKK/skinheads on this site are very gay.

TDS,
Of course they are gay. Right wing Republican America is filled with self-loathing, repressed, angry, latent, homosexuals. They attack, intensely, the behaviors in others, that they secretly fantasize for themselves.

I should invest in the treatment professions that specialize in dealing with "latent" Republicans. I think its going to be a big growth industry.

There are many boatloads of Larry Craigs and J. Edgar Hoovers out there.

Are all Christians homophobic
Are all gays Christians.

It means absolutely nothing to me if same sex couples want to get married.
The statement that the left are communist because we believe in same sex marriage move to Russia then you can live under a straight society. That's communism and that's the GOPTP/KKK/skinhead agenda. So it just goes to show how out of touch you are. So take your bible and read it. Maybe you just might get an understanding of your own out of touch ideology. And not just on same sex partners read and understand the social agenda of your party from the right and tell me it's your agenda

To a gay do you think he thinks sex between a man and a women is normal.
When the constitutions was written was there any gay people in the room. There are gays on OPP that are afraid to come out of the closet. Look at Carolyn and Dennis there's a perfect example of gays in a closet.

They have the key but don't want to use it. I think that they understand that using it---means they will have to leave the Republican Party.

tdrnest, the real number of Homies in the population is 1.6%. The percentage of bisexuals is .7% That equates to 2.3 persons in a hundred not, the 20% u allege. That is 713,000 homos in a population of 310,000,000. you said "there is one thing I know: "there is 1 homosexual in 5." My research says that U are making a false statement. I can't tell if you re "puffing" or, negligent for not researching your information or, something else.

How is letting 2 people who love each other and want to be with that person degrading marriage. reinstate the marriage penalty there are quite few marriages that have no children.

as I asked before will you marriage change if same-sex marriage is allowed.

Not one of you have explored on his thread the concept of polygamy under the same laws and rules the permit same sex marriages. When applying the same set of laws should 3-100 apply for a marriage license, I see no laws that would prevent it. It's a constitutional right of one to marry whomever they want. Is it not?? That's the argument here.
