Is there a chance that he is doing that underestimating of terrorist growth for a reason? Could the reason be that he wants to try to defeat terrorism by ignoring it's existence? I now know that the countries involved in the growth of terrorism do habe their own agenda. It is either a reorganization of government, or a plan of regrowth in the middle east.
