Yes but not the way Joe Biden would have you use it, it's much more effective when aimed at the bad guy instead of up into the air!
Most every settler who moved west had a shotgun, the Colt 45 was more of a luxury item that many just couldn't afford nor handle well!

Didn't Doc Holiday have a double barreled 12 ga shotgun at the OK corral incident of am I mistaken. I always thought that his shotgun was the sawed off variety. At close range the old scatter gun can sure make quick work of a fight.

That's a big 10-4 there. I guess that is why I have stopped looking at the news at night or any other time for that matter as I get most of my news on the internet at least the stuff I'm interested in anyway. I figure that if m y prayers are answered at least the way I would like them to be it will be posted on every web site out there. At that point I can go and watch the news and find out how everything went down. I figure I will have at least that day and maybe one more before the shit hits the fan and all hell breaks lose in the black district. I already have all guns locked and loaded and have wondered about an AR-15 but I haven't jumped off that bridge yet.

I have a Mac 90 and a couple of SKS's along with a few thousand rounds of ammo for them. Also a police style heavy barrel 308 with a great scope on it for long range work. A very accurate 30/06 with armor piercing ammo to boot!
I figure if the shit does hit the fan there will be plenty AR15,s with ammo laying around so maybe I can just pick one of them up and use it!

It sounds like you could clean out the Chicago's whole south side if need be. I know the police would at least pretend to stop you although I'm not sure if they really would. There are a lot of areas that this may come down to cleaning house. In my city where I live it hasn't gotten to bad yet mostly black on black crime. It hasn't seemed to cross the racial divide yet but I'm sure it will some day.

Welcome on board JONDO and I see that you have a very strong opinion there. I can't say as I disagree with it any. Most of us on here have bantered about different ways of removal but so far most of them have been through the congress and as long as dingy Harry is there it almost seems futile. Anyway when you reply to a post on here please use the "quote reply" tag at the bottom of the quote you are responding to. That way everyone will know to who and what you are responding. We all have been told this at one time or another so don't feel like I'm picking on you. I think I was told several times before it sank in.
