Since when has Obama done anything about terrorism? Seems to me that all Obama is capable of is to talk about things. When it comes to action virtually nothing gets done.
That holds even up to today!

I remember being in the Mediteranian Sea on board a ship. When we got the word that we bombed the hell out of Khadafi, you could hear all throught that ship all the hoorays and yelling. That was a motivating feeling.

This is what is known as "bad advertising." Where is the Libyan leader that Reagan bombed almost 30 years ago--dead under Obama's watch. Republicans are screaming about Benghazi but who pulled out of Lebanon after allowing terrorists to kill 254 US servicemen? But it is all really a mute point. We cannot control other countries. Islamic extremism is born under the weight of US bombs and fed by our refusal to support the people who live there unless they are royal families, useful tools, or Israeli. Both parties play that game and both Reagan and Obama were/are brief players.
