We can easily stop paying all taxes (property, income, corporate, etc.) and still have enough money for all government programs!

Sounds interesting. But I can't help being skeptical because I don't understand where he gets the data to make the claims he makes, and I don't understand some of the rationale. The man is a great and inspirational speaker and so upbeat that it's hard to maintain an open mind. It's quite easy to immediately jump on the bandwagon. I don't want to be a wet blanket on a possible fantastic bit of creative thinking that could solve some of our financial troubles. I believe I think it a great idea - just have to know more before making that jump to full support.

Great find! :? :?

If he is saying that we "tax" every bank transaction at 0.14% and eliminate our tax load I am all for it under the condition that the "tax" starts and stays a FLAT TAX. Absolutely every bank transaction is now and will always be "taxed" at exactly the same rate.
AND the Government must be made to not increase spending of course.

Absolutely! We just borrow more money! That's brilliant. Why not just make it illegal for the Gov. to borrow money.

I don't know how we can accomplish that. Nobody likes taxes, but everybody likes what it buys. It's the price of a civil society.

You don't have to pay I.R.S. taxes if you have no income after all personal deductions allowed, American people who complaint about the I.R.S. taxes are ignorant and stupid who don't know how to prepare their own income tax forms 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ.

U.S. don't borrow money, the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank is printing daily fake U.S. dollars paper to pay for the Federal debts, and provide almost free U.S. dollars to Banks and Financial institutions who pay nothing to small investors and retirees for their CDs, Money Market, and Saving Accounts increasing the Federal deficit, the devaluation of the U.S. dollar and the super-inflation we have now.

Why you don't use your brain before send stupid posts in the Political Forum. 69% of businesses and corporations in U.S. pay no I.R.S. taxes, the majority of Hospitals are non-for-profit and pay no I.R.S. taxes, Churches businesses pay no taxes, and the U.S. Government is bankrupt with the wars in the middle-east and the largest Federal deficit in U.S.A. history.

The NFL, is considered to be a not-for-profit entity!
 WTH, is that all about!??

We have all been bent over and plugged. (get it?) Our deficit is so overwhelming at this point, tha we may never pay it off, and that makes every one of our elected liars, happy! It is irrespective of party or ideology; we've been sold out, and the middle class workers, are the new slaves!

Welcome to the "New World Order". Edgar Cayce wrote about this, over one hundred years ago, and he was called a "foolish prophet" for his troubles.

Now what? Do we capitulate and keep accepting the "Fed's" ideas of what democracy is all about: or do we fight back, somehow, and make things better for our citizenry?

Paying taxes does not have to be the "hemorrhoid" which it has become; but politicians have sold us a bill-of-goods, which has no dividend to be paid out to the investors. (us!)

We need better, and this next crop of fools? Hillary, especially", scares me enough to prefer combat, in their stead!

Saltwind 78: In what country are you living now, everything in U.S.A. cost more now for the devaluation of the U.S. dollar and the U.S. largest Federal deficit in history. We pay almost $ 4.00 dollars for the gallon of Gasoline, and 45% of the oil is produced in 5 States here in U.S. that is the super-inflation you don't know about Mr. DUMMY.

Yep, definitely inflation, no doubts. Even the money experts have been saying this for some time now. When the dollar was first devised, it was worth 100 pennies. Now it is worth approximately 4 pennies. If this isn't inflation, I don't know what one would call it.

The cause of inflation is the increase supply of the currency a direct of FED policy! With the approval of the APT tax your total taxes would less than 1/2 of 1% and no reason to have the FED!

I've been opposing the existence of the FED for years. It isn't going to go away.
