I certainly hope you did not mean transparency literally. It may be more then anyone would needs or wants to observe.
It is not my place to dertermine the President's sexual orientation, one way or another.
Being familiar with government security protocols, the only time an elected official's orientation would or could be a consideration is if it affords an opportunity for blackmail, whether financial or in formulating and implementing policy or both and the possible effect on national security.

A lot of people were reporting Obama's sexual preference when he was just a community organizer in Chicago. "Reverend" Wright supposedly ran a "down Low" group making arrangements for straight women, or not so straight ones to marry homosexual men who were going places and needed cover. Two or three of his primary boyfriends (allegedly) died in strange ways after Obama started gaining prominence in politics. Whether or not there is a connection is conjecture, of course.
As far as his Muslim connections, al you have to do is read "Dreams of my Father" and you will know that he has emotional and religious connections to Islam, even if, by some odd chance, he is not really a Muslim. Wright's Black Liberation Theology church is considered a political organization by most people, even if its IRS status doesn't indicate that.

If you are going to ask a question about someone's sexual preferences, at least be civilized about it, and not use derogatory language. You are more likely to get respect if you at least superficially give some. "Queer" is derogatory, "Homosexual" is not, which is why I always use the term homosexual if I expect a civilized conversation. Now if you are curious about me I am heterosexual, 70 years old and have spent a lifetime helping boys who have been raped by men get their lives back together. But at least I try to be respectful no matter to whom I am responding.
