Now you went and done it Loki.... The liberals will all be looking in the yellow pages for a Polaris dealer. Must be one of those new electric, urban cars with a solar panel on the roof.
All the rage you know.
Not to mention deer and antelope tracks on CDs.
I'm unclear. My family has recycled scrap metal since I can remember, grown their own garden, free of pesticides, and my grandfather, who watched me 90% of the time while my mother was at work, grabbed me running like a mad man whenever the 'sprayers', full of DDT went running through our alleys because he didn't want me to be poisoned. Does that make us liberals?

You see. I think most all liberals here come from the larger cities.
City living is totally different than main-street America. Most do not have cars, they ride taxicabs, subways, or trains back and forth to work.

Is this post a joke?
Obviously you have never been stuck in traffic in Los Angeles, San Jose, Houston, or Atlanta. Part of the major stress of these cities is that MOST people do have cars.
Almost all Americans descend from ancestors who worked the land. With modern farm technology, no longer were so many hands required to produce food and many people were freed up to pursue non-agrarian occupations.
If you want to live like the Amish, eschew technology, and plow with a horse or a mule, that is your business. The rest of the nation has moved on, adapted to mechanized farm technology, and become vastly more urban and suburban.
If you choose to avoid cities, it hardly makes you better (or worse) than the people who live there......

Using logic to try and explain something to a liberal is just burning good air somebody else could be breathing. They didnt get to their position using logic so youll never get them to see the truth using logic.

Citified liberals would be lost in ten minutes if they were teleported into woods over a hundred acres. Hell; come to think of it. They would probably walk in circles on ten acres and starve to death in a week if there was not cell service.
Put them into a boat out of sight of land and they would sail in circles too.
They have no idea about living without having a cop on every street corner, just standing there waiting to save them from the bad guys and girls.
So. If you can even begin to imagine their lives, verses yours, then perhaps you can feel sorry for them.
Of course that does not excuse their ignorance about the real world, rather it just explains it a bit.
Pathetic, what?

What I don't understand about liberals is why they don't see the reality of the conciquinances of the bills there trying to pass. For example: why give amnesty to these that have broken
Our laws, they taunts the Americans and they send their money to Mexico which he does not help our economy. Why do they want to do this when they can't even help their own people! If it is so suppressed that even the food stamps is cut in half then why they want this type of thing to happen. What is their altererror motive in doing this! these people are going to be on food stamps and they get more then the Americans do. And ISIL is working and lurking at the border of Mexico. We don't know how many of them have been recruited by ISIL. These is a great concern to me and it should be for other Americans too! I don't know why they don't see this, it's as if their putting their heads in the sand so they don't see what's up the pike. This is not solid thinking.

Nope, you're going to have to try harder.

You mean conservatives don't live in the city? I did not know. Of course, not sure how that explains me, except to say I must be a "hybridized liberal"....grew up in the city and moved to the country...gun totin', cattle prod carrying (and not for 4 legged animals either), growin' my own food, drive a Chevy truck, vintage '94, hate malls, say the word "beltway" and I frantically search for my paper bag to hyperventilate into. Emotion driven, yep, don't want anyone trespassing on my land to illegally hunt out of season, nor Homeland Security landing a helicopter in my pastures like they did one of my neighbors, to freak out my llamas, cherish my freedom, but getting a little tired of the jet jockies flying below 300 feet over my farm, and yeah, I love God....

Lots of people live in cities. I just can't understand why anyone who has a choice would. I have lived in them myself, when my employment required it. I didn't like it, but I wanted to keep the job.

In my life experience people of political opinion want you to think like them. That is where arguements come from.

Ahhh, Loki, they just don't know any better. However, finding employment in the country sometimes "does" take a bit of creativity "if" you want to stay on the "right side" of the law. Folks who have attempted to grow "other" crops around here haven't been very successful. That's one thing about the country, neighbors are nosy and sometimes they talk too much.  Of course, the other side of that coin, there's always a helping hand up when you find yourself in a predicament.

Would you like me to explain each insult? I would be happy to that for you, has far as enlightenment, you have to do that on your own, and I fear because of that, it will never happen, good luck to you though.
A few years ago I had a conversation with a liberal "friend" who lived in New York city where he was telling me that, as a developer, I was destroying the world and a murderer of all animals. He tried to tell me that we, in America, were already living on 92.4% of the land. He had it exactly backwards, we live on 7.6% of the land in the US. When I showed him proof and that he had simply read it backwards he got angry, called me a liar "anyway" and hasn't talked too me since. The point of my story is.....Thank God he doesn't talk to me anymore.

Who's bashing? I know a lot of urban types. Most of them are utterly clueless in the woods. Having no use for a certain kind of knowledge doesn't make it unimportant. I personally have as little as possible to do with cities. They are crowded, noisy, smelly, and ugly. Their one redeeming feature is how wonderful they appear in my rear view mirror.
