Dear Thor:It is only natural to want to live amongst people who share your values.There are high-crime areas in this city where people live,but I'm not going to move there.
I prefer my location,a peaceful commununity that is primarily working class Hispanics and white folks.Never a gun shot is heard.It is proof that a variety of people can live harmoniously.

The problem with the black was created by our government. They have place the blacks in cheap small communities that we call projects, with no room to breath. Now, they are trying to do the same with all of us . They call it substancial living. They want to have big buildings, with everything you need to buy, on the bottom floor and we live up on the top floors. In other words hubble all together. This do not work in the projects and will not work this way either. Soon the whites will be killing each other off, just like the blacks are today. Their are blacks and whites mingle together on the street I live on, just out of the edge of town. We have never had a crime here and I have been here for years. Yes, we can live together, but not packed up like animals. I remember at the zoo,I watch a wolf in a small fence in pen, by himself and as I watch him for a good while, all he did was run around and around the fence. He actually had a deep path around it. Humans are not made for packing up together.

This is just wrong thinking. Born from deep seated fear, ignorance, and watching too much end of the world movies. Go now, I urge you, to your front door and walk outside. Do something more than sit around worrying, and finding reasons for being miserable. Life outside your box is full of wonderful things. Go do something nice for someone, go volunteer your talents, pull weeds from your garden or yard.
While I agree, this administration does not work for the best interest of the citizens of the US, elections are almost here. We the people can go and elect someone that will do better.

I confuse some opinions because I take them to heart, I forget they're just opinions and like the saying goes "!!!!" everyone has one...

I think wanting what one wants isn't races, I think thats what America is about, going after what we want, without the fear of some low life trying to hurt us or ours, we shouldn't have to be worried if someone, Left or Right finds fault with what we desire, they after all are what we want, not what you/they want...
I also find it ironic that the best time for America, the '50's should be scorned by some, it was a good and safe time, nothing wrong with wanting those days & nights back...
Personal note: I lived in a community (San Lorenzo, CA) in the '50's where we never felt it necessary to lock our doors, so if you find fault with that "Kiss My Grits", ha ha ha...

When I went to school you either learned or failed. If you were mentally slow, you were placed with others with the same capacity. Today, they have dumbed our children down, they place disruptive, autistic children in the same class as normal children. As may be expected, the autistic children are disruptive to a point the teacher often is unable to teach much in the shortened periods. Place them with others like themselves. If you don't want to work, you don't get to live in our separatist society - go live with other lazy people. If you want to steal, walk out on a wife and children, you aren't wanted. Everyone pulls their own weight.
Personally, I am not against Mexicans who come here to work, bring their families, and want to integrate with the rest of us.

Thor, you have every right to move to a place that has your own kind of people. You don't have the right to keep other people out.I personally like to live in a community that is middle class and has a few Jewiish families like mine, although I don't mind diversity.

oh how cute a sonnet from the resident samrt ass.but i can tell you when they did away with segration the kids down here could go to the school of their choice.when the blacks and whites went to the schools of their choice low and behold they were segrated and you commies just couldent take that.so the warren court desgrated the schools and kids spent hours on busses going to schooland hating every minute of it.the whites like me that were making enough to put our kids in private school and were spared the experimental communist bullshit.
