The same goes for registered voters, most are not legal voters as the say they were born in the United States and the United States is Washington D.C.

Look on your birth certificate and see where you were born.
It probably says you were born in a state. That does not make you born in the United States as the United States is Washington D.C.

So you claim. Perhaps you might hazard a guess as to why a major issue like this hasn't see the light of the presently conservatively weighted SCOTUS in 5 years? Did your certainty fail to alert these justices that Article 2 was being ignored out of hand? Could it be that the reality is that minds, probably brighter and better informed than your own, have a differing opinion on this matter? Might the Party of Obama-the-One-Term-President have tried to capitalize on this "glaring" illegal act if your "feelings' were really correct? Perhaps you are simply mistaken. Please look at who accompanied the US into every financial downturn since before the Great Depression right through the Great Recession? You are correct, but if you read the Constitution so are all the Senators and Representatives.

"No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen."

"No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen."

They do not follow their own laws. They can take an oath the support the Constitution of the United States, but if they don't live in the United States (Washington D.C.) or on Federal Property they loose their citizenship.

The author is apparently at odds with the opinion of SCOTUS in today's court is all I would suggest here. Or why the silence on this compelling issue?

1. The first bill President Obama signed was the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, to help women fight back when they don't get equal pay for equal work.

2. His Recovery Act supported millions of jobs and helped to stave off a second Great Depression. (Opinion)

3. He pushed for and won middle-class tax cuts that benefitted every American worker, and saved the typical family $3,600 in taxes over the first four years.

4. President Obama rescued the auto industry, funds mostly paid back now. The American auto industry has added over a quarter of a million jobs since June 2009 -- and they most likely wouldn't exist right now without President Obama's leadership. (Opinion) (I preferred a bailout for individual Americans with those funds however)

5. He doubled funding for Pell Grants, helping to make college more affordable for nearly 10 million families.

6. His student loan reform ended billions in subsidies to banks serving as middlemen and reinvested those savings directly into students.

7. The President established the American Opportunity Tax Credit, worth up to $10,000 over four years of college.

8. His 'Race to the Top Initiative' helped spur nearly every state to raise academic standards.

Could be worse! It is okay to give credit when due even to the Great Satan. There are plenty of real things to fuss about.
