And that is the same problem with the gun or any other device that can be used to kill. We can't lock them up any more because as you say it is not a crime to be crazy it is only a crime if a crazy goes off the deep end and kills someone and then it is the instrument that caused the death not the crazy persons fault. Your right if we only got rid of cars, trucks, airplanes, guns, knives etc. we would all be safe.

Yeah but you can kill w/ a rock too, are we going to get rid if all the rocks in the world? Good luck ;)
One of the highest victim killing stories happened in China last year or the year before w/ a knife. A student killed 21 other students before he was done.
Difference is they don't publicize mass murder to push an agenda over there.
