BD, where have you been the last few weeks. I have missed you.

My foster daughter who served three years in the Middle East was employed by Target and sure enough they gave her her job back as the law required them to do. Then she turned one of the other workers in for some less than honest behavior and a group of them turned on her and got her fired. Maybe I will just use that as my reason for not trading there, but I prefer the same sex thing.

It's inevitable and Target is actually quite slow compared to other businesses so, it might be wise to follow your wife's advice because it's not a thing that any business can influence. It's up to the courts. Business needs to protect themselves from legal actions. This is a practical decision from a business perspective given the present legal circumstances. I don't prefer Target only because the deals they advertise are usually out of stock by the time I get there and then I have to wait in line to get a rain check only to discover the advertised item has a no-rain check clause. It's always so crowded there and have to walk forever to save a few cents. I'd rather shop elsewhere, pay the extra for convenience. I think they have a good business model for consumer goods despite my preferences.

Targets has proven to be anti-American, anti-Christian and anti- Christmas also. I will not shop there for this reason.

KRAFT FOODS has been on my list for a very long time and not for the reason you list. They are BIG anti-gun people and are always contributing money to different anti-gun groups.

I am so sorry that I have to leave this OPP, as I now will be moving after college! I can NOT believe you "so-called older folks" with all that "EXPERIENCE" that you seem to boast about! Tell me, oh "learned" folks what exactly have YOU LEARNED!! You spend COUNTLESS hours insulting one another BUT the important thing is "what have you ACHIEVED???" If you would spend as much time solving problems or attempting to problem solve instead of taunting one another, maybe we would have a better outcome! I have learned a lot!! --- What NOT to do! I will try to look at everyone's ideas. Maybe they are not mine but that doesn't mean they don't have some validity! I found that I fell into the same trap! It is like a world wind that draws you in!!! I joined in the insults!!! and for that I apologize! STOP CUSSING OUT EACH OTHER!! All you are doing is increasing vitriol and division which are our country's greatest threats! Many of you I assume, are retired. What are you doing with your time. How about getting other seniors together and hashing out the problems --- then bombard your congressmen and senators with your ideas! I wish you all 'Good luck and God Bless!'
