So we should just murder people if they are suspected of breaking the law. That sounds like someone is trying to bypass the 14th amendment.

Turn the back of your hands facing forward. That feels pretty comfortable, fairly natural, right?
Turn the palms of your hand to face forward. That feels a little awkward, a bit unnatural, right?

The back of your hand is the anterior of your hand, because that is the portion that is visible from a from frontal view, when you are relaxed with your hands hanging at your side.

I know thinking the "anterior" is the "back" is a bit confusing, because "front" and "back" are generally opposites. In this particular case of point of reference the "back of the hand" happens to be the "front" of the hand.

Believe me, in Anatomy and Physiology in high school, this was probably the single most confusing concept we covered. It is natural to think of the palm as the "front" of the hand, but it is not the "anterior surface" of the hand.

Anatomy and physiology are no longer taught in High School, except as it pertains to avoidance of sexually transmitted diseases. These subjects, along with spelling and grammar, apparently have been replaced by politically correct multi-cultural underwater basket weaving, ostensibly to teach our youngsters how better to assume their place in the Brave New World they will inherit.

I didn't consider it biased but rather a fact leading into supporting data of the article.

I read your link and it's nice that some folks are trying to improve matters and there's a ring of truth that the zero tolerance policy is connected to the school-to-prison phenomena. I just see zero tolerance schools as a symptom rather than a cause. The policy came out of practical necessity because so many black youths embrace gangs, spoiling it for the ones who want to apply themselves.

From what I understand, there was no business of making an arrest until a felony APO occurred.

Prior to that, I understand the officer was directing them to get off the roadway they were walking in.

As far as which side the gun is on, I don't know if that will come out of the investigation but I'm sure there will be plenty theories created to support how the officer simply didn't like Michael Brown because he was black and decided to shoot him because he could get away with it. There's no changing the minds of these no matter what the investigation reveals about where the gun holster is worn.

Before drawing any lame brained conclusions, why not wait and see what the witnesses have stated, what the evidence shows and what a reenactment will reveal? That's what people who are civilized do.
Blacks accused Whites of "rushing to judgement" when OJ was arrested for butchering 2 people. Seems to me that many Blacks have judged this officer as guilty before all the evidence has been made public.

Then, how did Brown attempt to get the gun while the cop was in the car? These incidents do not follow any order.
