It is likely a misdemeanor, they will be forced to pay to clean up the spray paint. Unlikely a jail sentence.

That's because this administration spits on our veterans themselves by putting illegals before them and tearing down our flag to replace it for other countries flags and much more without repercussions. Any family who's had members serve or were killed in the line of duty should bring a beat down on them. The ungrateful dogs.
