If Trump returns to the White House after the 2024 election, the elimination of Presidential immunity would allow the Trump Justice Department to charge Biden and former President Barack Obama for a slew of crimes they committed in office.
In 2011, Obama unilaterally ordered a drone strike that killed American citizen Anwar al-Awlaki and his teenage son without a trial.
Should the Supreme Court reject Presidential immunity, it would allow a Trump Justice Department to try Obama for murdering American citizens.

There is already a process in place for Presidents who commit crimes. it's call impeachment. all Presidents must have some immunity.
