Yup. Between the ages of 6 and 10, when he lived in Indonesia with his stepfather. Ever have a strict stepfather? I did. Saying no or even no thank you is not always encouraged.

On another note - In Indonesia eating dog meat was not prohibited, either 50 years ago when a future president lived there or now. Same can be said for several other countries in that general area.

You should try living or visiting other countries once in a while if you haven't done so already.
