I strongly disagree Radiance. Our country has a $34.5 Trillion national debt, and we are wasting US taxpayer dollars funding a war in Ukraine that is already lost, whether anyone wants to admit it or not.

Speaker Johnson has enabled one continuing resolution after another. The promised separate funding bills, forget it, not done. He has failed to use his budget leverage on reinstalling Trump's border decisions with the Biden administration, and or holding out for forcing a senate vote on H. R. 2 - Secure the Border Act of 2023 . Johnson's capitulation on Section 702 of the FISA expanding the provisions for warrantless searches on the American public makes a mockery of the 4th amendment.

Saying that he does not have a large enough majority is a cop out. Sure it it tough with the RINO's that are in place. But dealing with these type of issues is what a strong leader does. Johnson's actions to date as House Speaker are no different than having a Democrat as House Speaker.

I believe that the American public is sick of the status quo. If parts of the government needs to be shut down because there is insufficient votes on an issue such as border reform or spending, so be it. Let the American public make the decision on who is responsible for shutting down the government, and vote in new faces to get the job done.

The massive spending and printing of the dollars have brought inflation to the rim since WW2. The high national debts incur interest expense annually of about $650 added to the debts. Now that the US Treasury rates have gone higher, that even accelerates the interest incurred charge to the debts.

The stupid and dumb Bidenomics aggravated that massive debts US has now. IMF warned the US that due to the highest national debts; our monetary policy will succumb to be under other national currency preferably the BRICS.

You know what? Last night's invites of tens of thousands of journalists and correspondents' dinner was an ELECTION CAMPAIGN of Joe Biden, spending our taxes again. And those invited guests some of them from FoxNews, must think twice how Biden tries to lure them. Biden was so happy last night seeing these thousands of guests so friendly and coddling him. How much did that cost the taxpayers?

There is no other one you could choose as Speaker of the House better than Mike Johnson. His problems were also that of former Speaker McCarthy. GOP Congress and Senate have so many RHINOS. The last time I checked, Congress is the entity that appropriates the "supposed" 12 budget bills (that Johnson used 3 continuing resolutions and finely put forward a mini-bus bill to fund the government). We could not have funded Israel. Biden wants Israel to get lost. He is now supporting Iran and Hamas. And I think the traitor Joe Biden replaced the Taiwan funding to go to Hamas.

As House Speaker, he should have refused to advance this foreign aid bill (which adds to our National Debt) until Biden fixed the problem that he created!

NOTE: Isn't it ironic that the "Secure the Border Bill" DID NOT pass, because it was "moved under a different process", which required a 2/3 majority in order to pass. Do you think that Johnson does not know how to count votes and realize that without the support of virtually ALL Democrats, there was NO CHANCE of that bill being approved?
