Surely you aren't implying that Hillary didn't willfully mishandled classified material. The entire purpose of her email server was to subvert scrutiny of her illegal activity. She deserves to be in prison, the fact that she isn't is a perfect example of the two tiered justice system. "Judgement" isn't a consideration in mishandling classified documents. Then why isn't she in prison? Dj certainly had time to have his pet AG Barr go after her if there was actually anything for which she might have been charged, tried and found guilty.

WOW. You show total lack of common sense when it comes how the Democrat justice department handles cases. Hillary can do no wrong in the eyes of other Democrats. Barr was never a friend of Trumps and I don’t know of anything he did about anything.
Hillary deserves to be in jail for the mishandling of government documents. President Trump owned the documents and could do what he wanted to with them. Biden deserves to be in jail because all of the documents were taken when he was a Crooked Senator and Vice President. He had the correct security clearance to view the documents but not remove them like he did. But because Hillary and Biden are Democrats nothing happened Trump being a Republican they go after him. The Democrats are so close to being the only political party they are really starting to show their true Socialist selfs. If they complete their quest you may wish you didn’t support them. That is unless you are one. Really Hillary deserves to be in jail for all the pants suits she wore. Oh I remember when she and Billy walked up the stairs and she had a big brown stain on the light blue skirt she was wearing. That tells ya that she is so full of poop it leaks out now and again.

It was Trump's Justice Dept though, nevertheless. He told them what to do and they - mostly - did it.

The only reason it took so long to do anything in NY about his hush money scheme was because DJ replaced every single Federal Justice officer in the state with people he could control.

Well Milosia2. Without the SC there would be more chaos than you would know what to do with. How about a real election for judges instead of political elections? Judges are sponsored by political clubs and the club supplies the labor, dollars, phone banks, petitions and coordination of a judges campaign. You get a postcard with their accomplishments or perceived accomplishments and you vote party line. That should end. If you are running for. udge they should finance it on their own and not backed by a political club. Politics will continue with judges, remember, we know little to nothing about them when elected. I have always said through experience, a judge is mostly a lawyer who couldn't hack it as a lawyer so should we vote for them? A lawyer could also be in a specialty practice area and make a lot of money. Does that mean they are smart? They do know their specialty but what else? I think that may be a good start for some change. If anyone is interested there is a book, many books by him, Phillip K. Howard author, Book: Life Without Lawyers. Shows how we got to where we are in the legal system. I am very happy I am retired from that nonsense.
